I didn't miss Aeris' Great Gospel Limit, I just thought it was pretty pointless putting it here when you won't really get to use it. But, if you want it that bad, then here you are:

Aeris, Great Gospel- You must bring some Mythril to the blacksmith near the Gold Saucer. It can be easy in disc 2, but if you want it to be useful, you must get some in disc 1. For that, you’ll need to bring the buggy back in the first continent, which is achieved by driving it to Costa Del Sol and taking the boat back to Junon. Then, drive your way back to Fort Condor, and cross the river northeast of it to reach a small cave. In there, a man is sleeping, and mumbles when you speak to him. He’s actually telling you the number of battles you fought, and how many you ran from. When the number of battles ends with the same last two digits (like 66, or 233), he’ll wake up and give you some Mythril. When you bring the Mythril back to the blacksmith, he’ll allow you to open one chest. Go up to the second floor of his house, and open the little box in the wall corner.

Now, for the Demon Wall. I'm assuming this is the Demon Gate in the Temple of Ancients, correct?

This Boss is easily the hardest you've fought so far, so, we'll sort out your Materia first. Cloud- Give Cloud D.Blow, this will work well against the Demon Gate. You can give him Bahamut too, but it doesn't really matter who has it, just make sure someone has Bahamut. Take off Ifrit and Ramuh, they're pretty useless in this fight, and this means you can put some different Materia on. This is really it for Cloud, he'll be your Attacker.

Aeris- Try and give Aeris most magic, as she is by far the best magic caster. Keep Cure linked with all and make sure you heal often with this. Take off Shiva too, that's also pretty useless in this fight. Sense is good on Aeris or Vincent, but you wont need it as I will tell you it's stats. This is also it for Aeris, just try and give most magic to her.

Vincent- Vincent's good with Summons, so Odin definitely goes here. There's not much to Vincent either, just don't use Gravity as it will simply block it.

Make sure you have plenty of Ethers and Phoenix Downs, these will be extremely useful.

Now, for the actual strategy:

Demon Gate > Level 45 > HP 10000 > MP 400 > Attacks, Rock Drop, Cave In, Demon Rush > Blocks Poison and Gravity > Strong against Earth > Win Gigas Armlet > EXP 3800 > AP 220 > Gil 4000 > Immune to, Sleep, Return, Confusion, Silence, Transform, Stop, Berserk, Paralysis, Stone, Slowly Stone, Manipulate, Death.

Try and cast Bahamut and Odin, and have Cloud attack/ D.blow. Make sure you heal often, and if someone faints, make sure to revive them. Use Aeris as your Magic Caster, Cloud as your Attacker and Vincent as your Summoner/Item giver. So, try and use your Summons as much as possible, and Cloud's D.Blow attack. Every Once in a while it will use an attack called Demon Rush. This is an extremely powerful attack and will take a lot of HP from you, so be sure to heal after this.

That's all there is to it, if you need help on anything else, just ask. Smile

Make Sure that Cloud has Climhazzard. Set up regen-all, if you have it, but if you don't, use cure2-all. Have Cloud use Bahamut-counter, so keep his MP up. Use limit breaks and don't get wrked up, because he has only 10,000 HP.
