As a matter of fact, I do.
It's in the Ancient Forest. Once you kill Ultima Weapon in Cosmo Canyon, he will explode and the explosion will cause a crater to be formed underneath him. So, go land your Highwind, walk to the crater and there will be a huge rock in front of you. The crater will now allow you to walk up it and enter the Ancient Forest.

Well I can't answer any better than vincet chaos their but ill give you a hint.You don't have to beat ultima weapon to get it you know? I always get it early by just getting a mountain chocobo and climbing up there try this next time and youll see how early and fast youll have youre materia trained,trust me.
*NOTE*-I mean the green chocobo,I guess you know...
