simpsonsfreak answered:

Ramza:Level 99, Squire. Guts, Punch Art, Blade Grasp, Two Swords, move + 2.
Orlandu: Level 99, Holy Swordsman. All swordskill, Item, Counter, Secret Hunt, Move + 1
Reis: Level 99, Dragonner. Dragon, Charge, Counter Tackle, Defend, Move + 1
Beowolf: Level 99, Temple Knight. Magic Sword, Item, Counter Tackle, Defend, Move + 1.
Meliadoul: Level 99, Divine Knight. Mighty Sword, Charge, Counter Tackle, Defend, Move + 1.

It took me a heck of a long time to achieve (right now I'm at 99:43:15 gameplay time) but I did it using no cheats or glitches of any sort.

Lol. Someone like simpsonsfreak probably had nuthin' better to do.
Heres my team:

Ramza: Level 50, Lancer. Jump, Item (mastered), Counter, Blade grasp, Ignore height

Orlandu, Level 53, Holy swordsman. All swordskill (mastered), Item (Mastered), Auto potion, Don't remember, move-find item

Beowulf, Level 50, temple knight. Magic sword, Item, Absorb used MP, Don't remember, Move+2

Male ninja, Level 50. Throw (mastered), Draw out (mastered), Blade grasp, Equip knife, move-find item

Male monk, Level 50. Punch art (mastered), talk skill, Hamedo, Don't remember, move-find item

I did all this at 30-40 hours. Of course, I did use cheats, but only for mastering classes.

My team when I first beat this game was...

Ramza (lv. 55 Lancer with Squire abilities, Counter, Blade Grasp, Move +3)

Agrias (lv. 52 Monk with Holy Knight abilities, Speed Save, Equip Sword, Ignore Height)

Meliadoul (lv. 53 Divine Knight with Item, Dragon Spirit, Maintenance and/or Attack UP, Move +2)

Lv. 53 female summoner (mine was Valerie: Math Skill, Critical Quick, Short Charge and/or Magic Attack UP, Move-MP Up)

Lv. 54 male ninja (mine was Valentine: Battle Skill and/or Item, Abandon, Defense UP, Move +3)

Notice that I did not use Orlandu here...that would have been too easy. All of my characters except my female summoner were more or less trial-and-error...only the trial was successful on the first try! The summoner and her abilities were planned...I set Math Skill as her secondary ability since most spells (oracle, black/white mage, time mage) can be used with calculators, and using ithe set on a non-calculator will mean faster than usual time to cast certain elemental spells Of course, Magic Attack UP was a natural choice, although I did use Short Charge in tandem with her summon magic to blast the flunkies and bosses before the final showdown with Altima. Heck, in more recent playthroughs I used more Cloud than anyone else, but in each of my playthroughs I used Orlandu very sparingly. Maybe this will work for you...give it a try if you wish! Thanks for asking my faves!
