How can you make Razma be a dark knight?

Simple.
You can't (at least not without gameshark or action replay codes). Even with those cheats I don't think you can.

I don't think you can turn him into that.. ( in PS) but in psp, you can get a dark knight job and onion knight too..
If you're playing the PSX version of the game, then you can't turn Ramza into a Dark Knight.
However, if you are playing the PSP version of the game, then have the Black Mage and Knight Jobs mastered, have the Geomancer, Dragoon, Samurai and Ninja jobs up to level eight and last but not the least, the character you want to be turned into a Dark Knight must have killed 20 enemies (meaning the enemies have to be turned into crystals or chest and not just KOing them).
