Question for Final Fantasy IX

First, how do you get am S ranking for treasure hunter? Second, how do you find Garnet/Dagger's real name in Maiden Sari? Third, how the heck do you beat Ozma? Finally fourth, how do you get the magical fingertip to get excalibur I?

For beating Ozma you have to use a combination of brute force and magic. There is no easy way to beat him. Secondly, you need to buy the Magical Fingertips at the auction in Treno for Excalibur. P.S. If there is no Magical fingertips at the auction then you have to either advance in the game, or like me, just buy out the whole auction a couple times. That's all I can help you with.

To get an s-ranking you have to get basically every treasure chest in the game complete all of the chocobo's stuff finish mognet. Getting all of the mini figuriness help as well I think they are mini-cid mini-burmecia mini-brahne and mini theatre ship
You get two of them by completeing the coffee quest

I know this is really late, (nearly a year), but I believe I have the answers to your questions!

1. To get the S RANK badge, just find EVERY treasure there is.
2. SPOILER SPOILER. Its very complicating trying to get her name. I'll just tell you. Its.......SARAH
3. Beating Ozma is easy, just train, and help the friendly monsters.
4. Buy every item, then sell, Doga's Artifact/Une's Mirror/Griffon's Heart/Rat's Tail
