Question for Ehrgeiz

I've gotten everyone's third costume except Godhand's. The cheat says to have a perfect score in the Evil Panel game.

I beat the game with a score of 6 and the CPU with a score of 0 but I haven't got the costume.

Can someone please define in full how to get the costume and any tips on how to get it?

I finally got it. I had to start over though.

I got it after getting the costumes for the other characters in order without unlocking anything else.

I probably didn't get it because I got the Evil Panel game first before getting everything else.
