I have beat all missions on the first CD but when it tells me to insert CD #2 I can't get the game to go could someone give me a walk-thru on the CD-changing process please!?!

Wow, it's been a long time since I played this game...
To answer your questions do the following :
1) Finish CD number one.
2) IMPORTANT :: Save all your progress (disc completed) to your memory card.
3) Insert Disc number two.
4) It should start once it reads you have completed number one off your memory card.
