1) No, there isn't a cheat for the spirit bomb
2) To change costume, pick your guy but dont press X press start THEN press X

PS. It's Super Saiyan 3 Goku not Mega Goku

You can't do spirit bomb but I have a list of secret moves not in the manual on
The cheats section! And I'm udating more later, before check it out!
