You find him in the UG Lake, and why does everybody make their bios private come on people open up.

In North Badland W(just go to west sector and when you get to North Badland W, walk around and you will find here(Taomon: Renamon Ultimate) but don't forget to talk to the DRI-agent at Central park(on top of Leomon's gym) first).

You talk to the guy that is ontop of the traning place,near to the 1st place you came out from
