Question for Digimon World 3

How do I beat the Raidenmon after you take the big city? I've been trying for a while and have had no success. Can you please help me?

Get loads of recoveres and loads of mp and hp recoveres and your three strnges digimon and obliterate him.:-)

Get Counter Crest (Tuskmon), or use Final Purification (or counter strike). Water Power S (Mega Seadramon, gold) may boost the damage by 80%.
Keep you health high (enough for not dying from one chi-boosted attack). Use the counter moves right after Raidenmon uses Gilead Plant.
