You need the Digi-Egg of Knowledge. It is in the Amaterasu Server. In Zhu Que City's UG Lake. When you get it go to Plug Cape (Asuka Server) and go on the cliff with the ^^^^ marks. There is a hole. Go near it and press X when you see an ! mark. Follow the Circuit Board correctly to get to North Sector's Boot Mountain.
