What do I need to use on that plant by the redvegimon in the tropical forest and how do I get it

You need a Rain Plant or a Water Plant. You can get one after you upgrade the Meat Farm. Do this by defeating Palmon in the most Southern Part of Native Forest, just near the entrance to Souther Dragon Eye Lake, where everything is huge. Then, every day 15, the Digimon that use to own the Meat Farm gives you a Rain Plant. Use that on the plant. It is a Vegiemon, and it will expand the Meat Farm.

You need that rain plant which grows up every 15th of year.
