Question for Digimon World

I can't seem to find seadramon in Dragon eye lake, there is only little fish swimming about, PLEASE HELP

Go to Dragon Eye Lake, the southern half (where you are big). Make sure you have lots of meat with you since you might be there a long time. Now, look North. There should be a big shadow swimming there every 7 - 10 seconds. Thats Seadramon, if there is nothing there, go out of the screen and come back again. Now throw a meat into his path. Eventually he will bite it. Reel him in; it will take a really long time, but once you do it is worth it. You have three choices, Be Friends, Teach Me a Move, or Give me an Item. By being friends, he gives you the blue flute which allows you to go to Beetle Land.By teach me a move, you learn a move, but you will have to catch him again to get the flute and with the item, you get a Seadramon Digivolution Item and you have to catch him again for the flute.
