This is wreally stupid question but I hope somebody would answer it...sometimes above digimons head starts flash sign that says I'm thirsty or something like that.
What does it really mean and how do I do it... that digimon is happy.

The tear drop above it's head ( the one that looks like water) means it's tired.
To make your digimon not tired you need to rest in Punimon's bed. It's located in Jijimon's house on the right. Hope this helps you ^_^
