There is only one secret area in Speedy Dino Region. It is located in the bone tunnel area.
Go to the far side and just before you enter the area where you fight the one Saberdramon(The black birdramon), turn left and you have entered it. There are two Saberdramon there.
If you entered the other area where you fight the one Saberdramon, then just leave the area and immediately turn right and you will also reach the secret area.
