Look at crash Bandicoot hints it will tell you how to activate all of them including the cold hard crash or cash what ever you want to call it.

To make he skull & crossbones portal appear you need to not die until you get to it. BTW- You ended your question with a comma, not a question mark.

Appearing When You Not Die , When You Drying And That Well Not Appearing (NOTE : That Well Never Gone If You Get That Platform)

That Death Route Will Not Appearing If You Dying , And If You Not Dying That Platform Will Still Appearing (Bug : I Do That And If You Entry The Death Route And Exit From It And Dying On The Level The Death Route Will Still HERE.
