Only read if you haven't found an answer yet...

1. Spaced Out - Red Bit - The guys pushing the boards in your face take TWO HITS to defeat.

PRE-RED-BIT-WARNING: Do not attack them when they 'grunt' as this pushes you backwards instead. Attack after they've grunted. Be patient and take your time.

For the FIRST HIT ONLY, what you need to do is the following action sequence IN VERY QUICK SUCCESSION:

SLIDE-JUMP-SPIN. By doing this you avoid being hit by the shrink ray and you go straight towards the enemy ready to attack them with the spin. The enemy will be forced backward. Jump and spin him again to send him over the edge.

2 - Night Flight - Go through the level as normal and then you'll see on the left hand side that there was another path. That would've been the 'skull & crossbones' gem path. Go backwards through that path until you reach the two missing boxes you'll need for the box gem. After that, go forward again and complete the level.

3 - Cold Hard Crash - Go through the level without dying to enable the 'skull & crossbones' path. Go through that BUT DON'T GO OVER THE EDGE AT THE END!

Go back on yourself once you've hit the box with '!' on it until you reach the boxes that were activated by it. Turn around and go forward again, this time dropping over the edge at the end.

TIP - If/when you pick up an Aku-Aku mask, when you reach the difficult bit where you have to jump under-and-over several Nitros at once, you may choose to intentionally lose Aku-Aku to tactially help you. Let me explain:

When you get attacked by an enemy/obstacle or hit a TNT/Nitro box, if you have Aku-Aku with you, he'll make a noise and disappear. Additionally [here's the important bit], Crash will start to flash. This makes him temporarily invincible! So just 'Crash' through the Nitro boxes while he's flashing. He won't feel a thing!

You'll then have a much easier time getting that gem as you won't have to jump with such precision three times over!!

Good luck!
