Well, you chose the wrong game to ask the question :P But I'll tell you how anyways.

That gem? It's a pain, but to get it, you must get it from a different level. That level is level 7 on the second floor. When playing that level, when you reach the first jetski, you will find boxes floating in the water. Instead of going on the jetski, jump on each box until you reach the platform. The platform will teleport you to the secret floor, and Snow Go should be an option, choose it, go through the secret path, and once you reach the end, you'll get the gem.

Thats in Crash 2 but to get the red gem there is a secret entrance way go to level 7 Air Crash and before you ride on the jetski you'll notice a bunch of Crates jump on theme to get to the platform then it will take you to a warm room go into the one that says Level 2 Snow Go once you get to the end of the path the red gem will be waiting for you.
