You gotta take out all the allies around that base. Build power plants or something all the way to the dome so that you are able to build around it. But to capture the dome you must send 4 engineers to it one at a time. It would help if you could see the whole map. Then you gotta build up and army and get to the middle island and kill all the allies. This level took me like 2 hours but thats cause I was building an army of like 25 tanks n stuff. It takes alot of firepower to take over the middle island.
