Just turn on all the terminals (the air thingys) and use Bug's Helicopter ears and he'll get lifted up.

In the wind temple: you must to acztivate the middle wind tunnels, but only those switching the 1 st, 3 rd and 4 th switches in the middle. Then you must use BBunny, and jump to the first wind tunnel, with rotating the ears of Bugs Bunny, then jump to the next one (without rotating) ...
