You have to collect enough yellow coins in order to get a berry shooter. Its kind of tricky. You have to make sure you have the windmill plant which is also in the form of a yellow coin. Once you've gotten the berry shooter you can plant it where there is a grasshopper holding flying around with a seed. The berry shooter will kill him and he will drop the seed. Then you can carry the seed over to where Hopper is flying around with Atta. (Which is on a rock.) (Make sure you have collected at least two yellow coins to make the berry shooter that sticks straight in the air.) Once you do that you can place the seed on the rock that I mentioned before. Jump on it and turn it into a berry shooter. The berry shooter will then hit Hopper until he drops Atta. While doing this, you will hear Atta say "I think it's working!" a lot. So if she's not saying that, something is wrong. I hope that helps. :)
