Unlock the Bus, Truck, McLaren F-1 and Scooter:
Go to the 'Car Selection' menu and highlight 'Garage A' and then press L1 + Circle. Highlight 'Garage B' and press L1 + Circle and then highlight Garage C and press L1 + R1 + Circle. Go back to the 'Car Selection' menu and pick the 'Special' option that is now available to unlock the 'Special Class Vehicles'.
Unlock Porsche:
In 1-Player mode complete the Seven Tight Corners track in 1st place in ALL three difficulty levels. The Porsche is at the hotel when you race the Seven Tight Corners track in Time Trial mode.
Press L1 and circle at the car selection screen under class A, B, or C. The special class will now be selectable.
