Tiger here again with a hint for a game that you might not of heard about, but it DOES exist because I've got it.

When you're on the 'Tactics' mode, change your tanks and your enimies' tanks. Give yourself a strong tank with plenty of amour (For example an Ammerican 'Shortbull' or a German 'Tiger') and give the enemy a tank with not that much armour and a rather small cannon (For example a German 'Panzer III' or an American 'M4 sherman').

You will win missions so easily. TRUST ME.

Oh one more thing, remember that the Germans have the best tanks of all, because most of them have alot of amour and a very long cannon, so the shell will travel further and you will get a more accurate hit, so don't hesitate about using their tanks every now and then!
