To get the secret cars (chicken truck, golf cart, etc.) you will need to find golden wrenches hidden in the tracks. I do not think every track has one, though.

Bogus Report:

This isn't a cheat, but it can help you out. Go to Metropolis Ship Shape. Start driving until you get toward the end and you will find a road that leads off the main road.



Down that road will be a building with the word Depot in bright green letters. Crash right through the wall.



When you bust out the other end you could be close or past other cars. It could help you out a lot.
