Unlock Mirror Mode:
Press Down, Up, Right, Left, Left, L1, R1, X.
Unlock Reverse Mode:
Press Down, Up, Right, Left, Left, L2, R2, X.
Unlock Ultimate Race:
Press Down, Up, Right, Left, Left, Square, Circle, X (if the above two are done).
