MLB 2001 Cheats and Tips

Unlock Super Player:

Enter 'Scott Murray' as a player name at the 'Player Creation' screen. You can also enter any other development team name (which are located at the back of the instruction manual) as a player name.

Unlock Spring Training Stadiums:

At the 'Stadium' selection screen in 'Exhibition mode, keep moving to the left or right and the spring training stadiums will eventually appear.

Automatic Strike:

Throw a pitch that will be a strike and then pause gameplay when the ball just reaches the batter. If done correctly the batter will not swing at the ball when you now resume the game.

For a player that hits a homer every time he connects, go to "Create Player" and name him Scott Murray.He will hit a home run whenever he connects.
