Hints and tip for Metal Gear Solid

this is bothe a hint and a cheat

the cheat is

first: you lay down a c4 bomb

second: stant on it

third: set it off(you should die)

forth: come back and you should have a famas(atleast thats how it worked for me)

my question is

I'm trying to no submit to ocalot's tortur but i keep dieing can anyone help me?
