This isn't a cheat but a glitch. I have only tried this in ACDC town (the one where your house is) On the road when a car comes, go away from the screen but still on the road and keep running.

When a car comes don't stop, and instead of stopping and hitting the car you somewhat stop but go right threw!

This doesn't effect your game or your character.

You need to go to the bit online that is the online equivalent of the metro line. It will have train tracks on the internet. There is a bad guy there you need to battle.
