To get these powerups, do the following things.

Shock absorber

Boss= Grizzly slash

DNA= weopons+life

Hyper dash

Boss= Grizzly slash

DNA= weapons+life

Speed shot

Boss= Axle the red or Grizzly slash

DNA= weapons+energy

Buster plus

Boss= The Skiver

DNA= weapons+life

Speed charge

Boss= Dark dizzy

DNA= weapons+energy or life

Character= Zero

Note= You must use zero and defeat the first 4 mavericks before doing this.
