Hydro Thunder PlayStation Cheats and Tips

Go to the memory card screen and enter the above or below cheat (Unlock Cheat Mode.) Then, get one of the top three times on any track and enter: ?DL as your initials. This will give you all the tracks and boats.

Start a new game and go to the memory card screen and use the above or below cheat (Unlock Cheat Mode.) Next place 1st, 2nd, or 3rd in an easy race and enter this as your initials: ?PB. This will give you all the tracks and boats.

Highlight the 'Memory Card' option and press R1, R2, Circle, R2, R1. If the code has been entered correctly you will hear a sound as confirmation.

Shortcuts & Hidden Boosts- Easy Tracks

Thunder Park

Shortcuts- none

Hidden Boosts- Hydro jump into the Banshee for a 9- second boost

Arctic Circle

Shortcuts- in the begining there is a house with it's roof slanted to the ground. Drive up it to jump over the mountain.

- jump into the hole in the hill after you get out of the 1st tunnel

- jump over the hill with the penguins on it (near the end).

Hidden Boosts- theres a 9- second boost at the top of ramp in the ship shortcut

Lost Island

Shortcuts- behind the first waterfall

- make a left before you go past the rock near the spearthrowers

Hidden Boosts- boost thru the stream of lava near the end of the level for a 9- second boost

How to fly after you ramp and hit the water:

When you are ready to ramp make sure u are going fast, then right after u get in the air let go of the gas and press and hold the break than quickly press and hold the boost.

Keep holding than when u hit the water keep holding and u should bounce and fly for a few seconds it really cool.

(NOTE: this only works if you have some boost.
