Enter the following codes at the 'Passwords' screen to unlock the corresponding effect.
Unlock ALL Cars except Tow-Jam:

Unlock Tow-Jam Car:

Unlock Twinmill 2:
TH4T_ROCKS
Unlock Infinite Turbos:
Press R2, L1, Square, Triangle, R1, L2, L1, R2 at the Main menu and if you have entered the code in correctly you will hear a sound as confirmation.
