All wepons, Ammo, No Police, Army, Lots of money.

Start a new game, then when the "Pick a Player" screen comes up, find a player that you like.

Then go to "Rename" and type in HAROLDHAND as the player's name. OK this name, and then when the "Pick a Player" screen comes back up there should be a picture of a blue parot, instead of the origonal players face.

Now continue with starting the game as normal and you will have everything!
