Before you eagerly read this, please note that you can only do this on Disk 2. Also, the only time on Disc 2 that you can do this is on the area where you found Edea's orphanage, and you are fighting against the floating ship of Galbadia. There is an area that I found where if you fight the monsters, you can easily get from 600 experience to 700 experience after every battle. Using this method of training, I leveled up all my characters by 20 levels.

Alright, first walk into the main area of the ship, and save your game. Now walk into the hallway on the left, and then walk into the doorway on the left. You should now be in a giant room where a ice hockey stadium is. Run on the ice field until you encounter some monsters that look like hockey players. Use Ifrit and quickly kill them. Now after the battle you should get a lot of experience, and alot of AP points for your GF as well. All you have to do is keep repeating the step over and over until you get your party to the level that you want them to be on.


The best thing about this is that you are guaranteed to get over 500 experience points after each battle. Every battle you will see the enemy arrive in groups of either 3, or 4. So after every two battles, you should have had all your characters in your party grow a level. Maybe two. Your GFs will also grow levels, and get either 9 or 12 AP points every battle.

The needed items are and in order to obtain:
4x Dragon Fangs
12x Pulsa Ammo
1x Adamantine

First: (Recommended Requirements: Leveled up near 20 and Sleep attack helps.) To get the Dragon Fang you need to kill T-Rexaur (Lv.20-29). You can find them in Balamb Garden or just outside of the Garden in any forest. Since the mobs level up as you do, the only trouble is you have to level up to where the T-Rexaur are leveled up enough to drop the Dragon Fangs. They are a low drop rate, but will drop them.

Second: (Recommended Requirements: Leveled up more, Mug Ability "Diablos", and Ammo-RF Ability ""Ifrit") To get the Pulse Ammo you can get it realtively easy in the second dream with Laguna. The item you need is at least three "Laser Cannon". There are two ways to get it. Both ways include getting it from the Elastoids, the tall machine-like mobs with four long legs. If they are level 20-29 the drop rate is extremely low, but possible. If they are level 30+, the drop rate increases, but is still few and far between. The second way, and easiest, is to use the "Mug Ability" on a level 30+ ones. If they are level 30+, every stolen item is a "Laser Cannon". So you know, the Elastoids only spawn in a few areas of the dreamworld with Laguna, but you can find them easily in the area with the yellow/blue catwalk with the stiars and the pinkish background.

Third: (Recommended Requirements: Berserk Attack) Near Dollet there is a shore due west. Run along the sand shore for a chance to fight Adamantoise, but mostly you will fight Fastitocalon-F. The Adamantoise always come in two's and cast on each other Protect, Shell, and Healing Wind, which cures them for about 4500-5600HP. So either you do extreme damage, or attack with Berserk, which prevents them from doing anyting but attack. Here again, the Adamantine is a rare drop rate in the levels of 20-29, but level 30+ it's a 100% drop if anything drops.

After you have all items, just run due east to Dollet and you will find a "Junk Store" to make your priceless Gun Blade. It is just right across the street from where the car was smashed in the earlier cutscene by the X-ATM092 while it was chasing you. (Notice: You DO NOT need the weapon book that gives the item requiremnts for the Lionheart Gun Blade.)

On an important side note: If you are like me, and sometimes go through the game with Sqaull only and killing everyone else in your party there is something to remember. The mob's levels are based on the average of your characters levels. So, if they are all level 10-15 or so, you will have to be near level 50, or even higher, for the mobs to be level 30ish.

For this cheat to work go to the menu screen. Go to that screen where you can change the controller settings (buttons,vibration,etc.) change the confirmation button thing to "memory." once you go into battle select all of the things you want your characters to draw and then just hold the "X" button (or whatever you have for that) you could also just securely put something heavy over that button (a hardcover book, something like that) and go get something to eat. You'll have a 100 Cures or Firas or whatever in no time!!! Just don't use this on tough enemies that aren't handled easily (cough* ruby dragons cough*)

Diablos: Use the magic lamp Cid gives you to awaken the wrath of Diablos. Beat him in one of the hardest fights to have him as a useful GF.
Carbuncle: Draw from either Iguion in Deling City before the assasination/Draw from Krysta in Ultimecias Castle.
Levithan: Draw from NORG/Draw from Trauma in UC.
Pandemona: Draw from Fujin in either battle of the game/ Draw from Red giant in UC.
Alexander: Draw from Edea in Galbadia Garden/ Draw from Catoplebas in UC.
Cerberus: Defeat Cerberus in G. Garden where the light comes down from the ceiling before figthing Edea/ Draw from Gargantua in UC.
Doomtrain: Go to Tears Point southeast of Esthar and collect 6 remedy+(60 remedys with Med lvl Up [Alexander], 6 Steel Pipes(Wendigo), 6 Malboro Tentacles (obvious). (notice '666'?)
Bahamut: Defeat two Ruby Dragons, and then the Bahamut Deep Sea Reasherch Center aka Battleship Island.
Cactuar: Defeat a Jumbo Cactuar on the island just off Centra desert(deafeat it quick, it can run away)
Tonberry: Defeat 20 Tonberrys in the fountain area of Centra Ruins. After the last one, Master Tonberry will apear in the same battle. Defeat him to get the GF.
Eden:Draw from Ultima Weapon/Draw from Tiamat in UC

Other GFs:
Odin: Defeat within 20 minutes in Centra Ruins
Giglamesh: During the fight with Seifer in Lunatic Pandora, Odin will meet his demise. After the battle Giglamesh will take his place( uses Odins sword and 3 others)
Chocobo: Complete all 6 chocobo forest in a row and go to the Holy Forest. Use Gyshal Greens to summon it.
Pheonix: Use Pheonix Pinion( Tool RF with 3 Mega Pheonixs)

Moomba: aquire from pocket station.

These are the GFs that aren't included in the main GFs that learn abilities.

Odin: Climb the Centra Ruins on the southern continent and defeat Odin in less then 20 min. As long as you can deal alot of GF damage against him you can win since he doesnt attack. You should have over 15 minutes to beat him if you do the tower good. His GF is completley random, when he apears he will use Zanketsu: a one hit kill for all enemies.(The Tonberry summon is also obtainable here but you should be pretty strong to challenge 20 tonberrys in a row and the Master Tonberry himself)

Chicibo: After completing the Chocobo Forests you will be able to use "Boko". To summon him, use a Gyshal Green to summon him. Buy these from Chocoboy or get a few from revisiting Whinhill twoards the end of disc 2.

The guardian force is none other that........Eden! It can cause a five-digit-damage to each opponent plus boosting to the full 250.at the boosting of 250,it can reach about 10000-15000hp beginning of it's level (level 30)but slowly when leveled up it gain more power and the damage will be much higher than you expect.
You can get it by drawing it from ultima weapon or tiamat(if you missed)have fun and enjoy it's five-digit-damage.

I wonder can I call this a cheat.go inside balamb garden(after the fh incident if i am not wrong),go to the first floor which your dorm is located and chose to be left alone. After you have completed your rest, find zell.(i forgot where is the area though) press square and he will start off by saying this:a man from d district prison gave him some cards .after he finish his sentence you will have the option whether you will wanna play with him or not.he is an amateur and shoudnt be tough to beat.Have fun playing aganist zell.(hope it hasnt been summited cause the computer that i used previously hanged.)

When using a GF hold down select and tap square and your GF will do more damage. Don't tap square when the red X is over the hand.

At the start of the game it is really easy to beat the T-Rex. All you have to do is put him to sleep and then use Shiva on him. This is also a good way to draw all the good magic out of him.

- For this cheat you need Forbiden - Med - RF and Tool - RF abilities. - First buy 100 Phoenix Down's and use Forbiden - Med - RF to turn fifty of the Phoenid Down's. Just keep repeating this process until you have at least three Mega Phoenix's

- Finaly use Tool - RF to turn three Mega Phoenix's into 1 Phoenix Pinon, well there you go!!

1. Constantly use GF while he's human
2. After he changes use 'Phoenix Down' (click on and when the people screen comes up, press left)

1.Get Quistis and Zell cards
2.Head to Balamb garden and get on the elevader.
3.Click on 3rd floor and challenge Headmaster Cid.

Dancing Solders:

on disc 2 in the misile base you will be able to make the solders dance by pressing and holding square + triangle and press up or down.

NOTE:

This cheat will only work if you have set the error ratio and are on the equipment screen

After you get out of the garden with Quistis eep leveling until about level 12 but heal occasionally and remember to draw magic such as cure, fire , thunder, blizzard and scan.

If you want to level up fast stay in the grass cause in there you face T-Rexaur and chatipiller and glacius .

This In formation will just help you defeat Ifrit with no problem at all and use Ice abilities .{blizzard,shiva}

To Get The GF Eden:

Once you have the ragnarok, fly down to the bottom left hand corner of the globe and look for a run down building in the middle of the ocean (it doesn't show up on the map) And land on it by pressing X when your shadow is above it.

Squall will say something about A research center. Go in the door, there is a blue light in the centre of the room.

Every time it stops flashing walk forward and stop when it flashes (otherwise you will have to fight loads of battles-Anacondaur-Bombs and Bloud Souls mainly) when you get to the core it will ask a question, I think you can answer either way and you will fight a ruby dragon.

Kill it and it will ask another Question-one answer puts you outside the other you are back attacked by a ruby dragon. Survive that and it will ask another question.

Scroll to the bottom (where there is no text) and click. You will now be transported inside the core and you will fight the legendary GF Bahamut. Kill him and he will join you.

Now go back outside and visit Edea. Return and there should be a save point next to the hole (if there isn't just mess around some more outside on the world map) Climb across and into the hole.

There is a computer on the wall (near the floor) Examine it and it will open the door on the floor Go down and use 2 RSP on the terminal and go down the stairs.

Examine the computers on the wall and go into the steam room. Go to the back and examine the terminal and collect the 7 RSP then use 1 RSP to get down to the bottom level where you have to use 4 to get down to the ocean deposit.

Go down to the bottom level and you will have to use 10 RSP to continue. Ultima Weapon will then arrive and spoil the party.

He has about 80250 HP and his light pillar attack deals 9999 damage to one person. Draw Eden from him but you must be able to finish the battle coz you can't run.

You can easily boost Eden to 250 and she deals damage in 5 figure numbers. Hint=Rinoa's angel wing attack deals lots of damage.

To Get 50 AP and A Cool Item When in battle with the Big Robot Used your thruder GF and any other stronge GR or Magic the key is make sure you are stronge you dont have to but the time is key.

When he falls down dont run just keep on press the O or Trangle button as fast as you can turbo works well.

Do the same thing again over and over. When he finaly doesnt fall down thats when you finish him off. after the battle you will get the 50 AP and the cool Item

The key is (time) if you are not stronge do this at the end of the briage. you should have between 2 mins or higher. Make it at the beach in time.

To get squalls ultimate weapon the lionheart plus the best limit break ever 'lionheart'get it on disk 2 you need: 1 admantine,4 dragon fangs and 12 pulse ammo.

To get the admantine, card mod the sacred card after beating the brothers in the tomb of the unknown king.4 da dragon fangs mug a t-rexaur,blue dragon,hexadragon or ruby dragon.

The easiest way 2 get 12 pulse ammo is 2 find and mug a blitz near 2 the centra ruins[odin] 2 get a power generator there rare but with the ammunition refinery ability it changes to 20 PULSE AMMO.

Here is an easier way to get the lionheart (Squall's ultimate weapon)

:To get adamantine card mod your sacred card and you will have 10 of them (dont worry it's not that good anyway)

:to get the four dragon fangs fight and defeat or mug a blue dragon at the Trabia winter island (this is where Shumi village is)

:To get pulse ammo mug a blitz or defeat the dark soldier sitting on the side of the road in Esthar city he will say hahaheeheehhea then battle him he is quite hard but if you use limit breaks regularly he shoud die quite easily then ammo RF the energy crystals into 20 pulse ammo .

When I played this on my uncle's Pc I left Squall name alone and changed Shiva and that q one's name to Blizzard and Thunder.

I got a lot of cool items like Odin and another character that does Excalibur and some other move, I'm not saying it will work on Playstation because I used Blizzara and Thundara but it didn't work.

P.S. Tell me if the Ragnarok is Balamb Garden flying or what????

TO do this you need card-mod and ammo-Rf
To get the "Ledgendary Lionheart"you simple need to play cards till you have 20 enole,16 blue dragon ,and a buch of what ever you get.

Adamintines from cards.

Then refine all the cards.

Then turn the energy crystels into pulse ammo.
then go to the weapons shop and pay for your new lionheart "death" weapon.

Use the following methods to never have any random battle outside of towns: rent a car for 3,500 gil, walk on train tracks, walk on paved roads, or get Diablos' No Encounter ability.

Free Potions
You can get free Potions in Timber Town. Get Rinoa in the party, then go to the bridge where you saw the guards. Keep returning until a man appears. Talk to him, then talk to him a second time to receive a Potion. Leave the screen and return until he appears again and repeat.

Easy Ability Points
Go to Cactaur Island and earn 20 AP for each Cactaur that is defeated in battle. Cactaur Island is the small island covered by a desert.

Easy Experience Points
Display the world map and travel to the left-most island. It contains powerful monsters that can easily level up your characters after battles.

With luck, Ruby Dragon will not use its Breath attack, as your characters will die. When you win, select "Cancel", then "Accept". Watch out for Bahamut's Mega Flare.

Tonberry
Defeat Odin. Then fight 20 Tonberrys at top of elevator or open place, not at torch lit place at its base. You will fight the Tonberry King.

Cactuar
Use Ragnarok to fly to the island on the outside of a desert; you will see a cactus teleporting around. Walk up to it. Be careful, as its 10,000 needles do 100,000 damage.

Doom Train
Get the Solomon Ring from the Esthar Sorceress Memorial at end of Disc 3. Laguna will have talked about defeating Ultimicia. You need six steel pipes and other items. He will appear without a fight.

Eden
Draw from Ultima Weapon. Bahamut must have already been defeated. Give one pressure spot all the time you can. If you do not, reset at the first steam pressure spot, put Zell in you party and let him "tinker" with the machine demanding four pressure; you will get away. Since you lose four pressure the first time you reset, it is as if you did not make a mistake (only, a lot of strong monsters will flood the area). Set the Move/Find ability to find the final save spot.

I am surprised I have to submit this because I thought you guys would have already.

To fight Omega Weapon, put one of your parties (the one you want to fight him with) outside of the chaple (organ room) at the checkpoint.

Have the other party go to the staricase room here there is a rope attached to a bell and a checkpoint. Have them pull the rope, then you'll hear a monster. Go the the checkpoint and swithch fast (your timed).

Have your other party run into the chaple. Omege weapon will standing there.

Run into him and you will initiate combat. Good luck!

P.S. He has many one hit kills for one character and all characters at once.

Also, he is extemely powerful at attacking physical (around 3000 each time)......!

DISCO MAN!

You can mess around on the missle control panel at Galbadia Missle Base.

Go to the equipment screen and you'll see some army gear.

Hold down both the square and triangle buttons and press up or down.

The scene will switch to dancing soldiers!

Hey, I have found the easiest way to defeat the 19 tonberrys to get the Tonberry King, in two plays in fact! First, get Diablos to where he takes off 9999 hit points every time he hits.

(its fairly easy) then you need Cactaur's Kamikaze.

Have one of your players use Kamikaze, ( the player I used had only around 4500 hit points) which will take off 22,880 hit points off the tonberry, then use diablos on it and BOOM! One less tonberry!

Oh, and you can't use Diablos on the Tonberry King, but if you use the Kamikaze and then just keep using Aura on Squall, with his lionheart, he dies pretty quickly!

I want to know how to get steel pipes, cause I can't seem to find any, or a card that can be modified into them... please help!!

The guy talking about the Cloud GF was telling the absolute truth. I tried getting the '????' item, however, and it didn't work.

I instead used my cheat card (to get 100 meteors and full magic stats)to kill the blue machine in one hit, and I got the item 'buster sword'.

I did not know about using it on Odin at the time, though, so I don't know whether that works or not.

If anyone can tell me how to get the item withoutcheating it would be nice, as cheating ruins games like this.

Shiva-squall's computer in the class room

Quezacotl- same as Shiva
NOTE-both of these will be given to you automatically if u forget to get them from the computer when u leave the garden

Ifrit- Fire Cavern. Beat him and he will join you. He is not hard, just beat on him with your two gfs.

Siren- Draw from the boss elvoret at the communications tower.

Brothers- This is a sorta long one. When you go to the tomb of the unknown king to get the number for the soldier in front of caraway's mansion, take cotninuous rights to find sacred. Fight him and he will take off. Then take continuous rights again to get to a room where u have to take the thing blocking the gear out. Then more rights to get to a room where u can let water into the tomb. These two rooms may be switched around i'm not sure, but it doesn't matter what order anyway. Go to the center of the tomb and see if there is a bridge. if there is not, take more continuous rights until u find the right side of the center where there is a bridge. This time Sacred will have Minotaur with him. Beat them and they will join you. Be careful of Minotaurs mower. This battle isn't very hard, but u might be unlucky sometimes.

Diablos- Use the magic lamp that Cid gives to you before you go on the Timber mission. I think you have to talk to Cid twice before you leave. Diablos will fight you. Draw Demi from him, but don't cast it right away, otherwise he'll use curaga on himself. If you stock it and THEN cast it, it will take 1/4 hp (WOW that makes this battle easy) AND he will use curaga on you. Beat him and he will join you.

Carbuncle- Draw him from the lizard bosses that edea sicks on rinoa before the ceromony. After you draw him, you can kill them with one hit from the brothers (if that doesn't work, they will only have a few hp left anyway)

Leviathan- Draw form NORG at the garden on disc two. While fighting NORG make sure to use physical attacks on the orbs when they change color and it will be easy. (don't u luv this mini boss guide i'm giving you with the gfs?)

Pandemona- Draw from Fuigin at balam on disc two. To beat Raijin and Fuijin, summon Carbuncle and use Pheonix, if you got the pheonix pinion, as soon as ppl die. It's a pretty dang hard battle

Alexander- Draw from Edea on disc two. I got everybody up to about level 25 'fore this battle. That got squall to about 45. It made this battle a peace of cake. Make sure to summon diablos and if ifrit is with squall he will deal major damage.

Doomtrain- Go to tears point and get the solomon ring. Get 6 malboro tentacles (defeat malboro), 6 steal pipes (diablos mug on wendigos) and 6 remedy+s (1 from 10 remedies with alexander's mid level magic rifine)

Bahamut- Go to the bottom left corner of the map with the regnarok. Find the deep sea research center. make your way to the glowing light in the middle of the first room and answer some questions. First answer it is not our will to fight. Then answer never. Then go to the bottom where there is no text and answer the hidden answer. After each question you will fight a ruby dragon. make sure NOT to use fire elemants. These things are pretty tough. Then you will have to fight bahamut. This is sorta embarrasing, but i never really got bahamut, so i can't help you there. But i promise, as soon as i get him i will tell you how to beat him, ok? Well, I do know that he joins you when you beat him.

Cactaur- Ok, I HAVE gotten cactaur, and he's really easy. Go the the small island in Centra with the regnarok and find the cactus thing that keeps appearing. Approach it and you will fight jumbo cactaur. Beat him and he will join you. Use leviathan, and if he kills squall, just use a pheonix down so he can use rensokuken. It may take a little while, but it's not hard to beat him. Oh yeah, don't attack when he hesitates.

Tonberry- Go to Centra Ruins. In the first room you will see only tonberries. Fight 18+ of them and you will be able to fight the tonberry king. Use diablos at a high level to kill "mini" tonberries easily. I'm sorry, but this is another gf i haven't got yet. (Don't remind me, i know i don't exactly live up to my name but soon i will, and i'll tell you how to beat tonberry later)

Eden-Sorry, sorry, but i haven't gotten her either. Hey, its hard to level up enough to do these things, but i'm working on it. All i know is after getting bahamut, continue on in the deep sea research center to find the ultima weapon. I'll tell you how to beat him after i accomplish it, but i can tell you to draw eden from him.

Odine- Odine is about the best gf in the game. He can kill any monster that isn't a boss right away. And yes, i HAVE gotten this one. Got to Centra Ruins on the second disc. Find the bird statue and take out its eye. Go give the eye to the other statue at the top of the ruins and it will give you a random code. Take both eyse now and give them to the bird, put in the code, and you will be able to fight odine. But be careful, you only have 20 minutes to do it all, including beat odine, and diablos doesn't work on him. However he only has about 10000 hp, so you really only have to worry about the time limit. He shows up at the beginnigs of battles randomly, you can't summon him.

Pheonix- I don't really remember how i got it, but you have to find the pheonix pinion. I think you can find one in shumi village (go there after the FH part of disc two). Use it in a battle (i used it on Raijin and Fuijin) and it will do damage AND revive some hp to fallen characters. After you use the pinion, phoenix will show up randomly when you die and revive you and do damage, just like when you used the pinion. I haven't continued a battle long enough to see, but i heard that when that happens he continues to come back after you die in the same battle, making you sorta invincible for that battle.

Chocobo- He kinda sucks, but if you catch a chocobo in one of the chocobo forests, you can use gashyl greens to summon a chocobo in a battle.

Gilgamesh- As you have guessed, i have not gotten this far yet, but i heard that if you get odine, he is killed my seifer near the end, but then seifer is killed by gilgamesh and he replaces odine. I'll comfirm that when i get there, and tell you how the beat seifer.

Mini Mog- I know this one exists, but i didn't think it was worth the time to get it. I have no idea what it does because i just though it would be a waste of time, but if you really want to get it you can probably find it in a walkthrough somewhere.

After you get off the train at East Academy Station, you will have to pass through a forest to get to Galbadia Garden.



Before you enter the forest, equip Quisties and Selphie with a few GFs. If you don't, then Kiros and Ward won't be much help during the next part.

As you go, there will be two types of soldiers that you fight, humans and cyborgs.



The cyborgs are way stronger and have more HP, but you can easily defeat them by drawing Thundaga from them and using it on them.



Also, make sure that you find the two old keys, set the trap for the soldiers, push the boulder in the wall, and then find the detonator and push the red switch, then the blue switch.



Then when you explore this area on Disk 3, you'll be able to get a few great rewards.

...you are sayin` that is a damage of 2000HP big...bleh,"my" Squall could take a damage of 4000HP even to "Griever",and "Abel"...and I only juction 2Flare" 2 strength!
