To beat trance kuja easily, I wud recomend the folloing party.freya vivi eiko and zidane..
It dosent matter what level they are once I beat them at level 39 ..(dont ask me how though plz dont).. Have aout flaot and haste and regan equiped, uhm sorry it's bin so long scince I plauyed dis gamer and it don't work no more but.. I think it's called hightide.. And that all you really need.. Have freya use dragons crest or atak.. Eiko can heal zidan jsut atak and vivi use uhm dooms dooms day. Oh and make sure they can absorb dooms day.. And don't cast reflect on kuja!!!! Ittl help alot. Heel fall eventually.. Yay!

Necron

To beat necron use vivi stiner freya and dager or garnet.. Same person.. Though
Have all the same abilites eqiuped.
Use dooms day sword or another magiv sword combo, have dagger heal and summon if you don't want to use freya then use eiko. Have one heal and the other summon. Cast reflect on necron
scince you're using doomsday sowrd or what ever you use.

When racing Hippaul in Alexandria if you use a turbo controller with both the square and circle keys on turbo you will be able to get all of you cards and the key item "Save The Queen" with little effort. Also make sure that you let Hippaul Keep up with you or his level will not rise.

After you'v been rat's slave, some one wil come.

Press x when ! comes up if u dont he'll steal gil (the 1st amount is 200).

To kill soulcage in the lifa tree use dagger or eikos 'life' spell this will kill it because soulcage is an undead killer

Look around Treno and behind a forest u will see a cave, go in and u will learn
about vivi's past get the treasure in there.

Also go there later when u have a dark blue chocobo, and go to the ledge at the back of the place where u first saw Quan and give your chocobo a dead pepper.

It will jump into some foam and you get loads of top stuff including Tiger Racket for Dagger or Garnet.

At the beginning when using Vivi you go down the ally and meet Rat Boy he will ask you if you want to be his slave, say no and carry on going till you come to a tower.

Go up the tower and a Moogle will fall on you, then go up the to the top of the tower and ring the bell and a load of decent cards will fall out.

After that go back to the main square then go down the ally again Rat Boy will say do you want to be my slave say yes and the game will continue from there.

To save you some gil.
When you first enter Treno on disc 2, DO NOT view the ATE "treno tradition" or dagger gets robbed of 1,000 gil. but on the other hand, if you do view it, you lose the gil, but later you encounter the 4 armed man who is scared of Stiener and you'll get the powerbelt,which you can't synthesize yet. Your choice!!

Alright that guy needed to know how to
how to beat Necron.

I sugest a party of
Zidane (who's not mandatory this time)Freya,Steiner,and Eiko.

Have Zidane do regular attacks until his limit break(i've noticed that his Meo Twister and Solution 9 do just as much as his Grand Leathal).

Have Freya cast Reis Wind and
then use Dragons Crest from here on out.

If you have the excaliber or ultima sword have Steiner use regular attacks
during trances and he should down 9999.

When your not in trance use sword art
attacks such as stock break and climhazzard.Eiko should have the curaga and holy spells and when not being a healer she should use holy.

You may want to use Dagger if she is a better magic user and has the ark summon. It'l also help if everyones at level 50.

I think this is Final Fantasy 7...
You're in luck! In the part you're stuck in go to the Excavation site and make sure you have the Lunar Harp. Go to the Forgotton City, there should be a music box thingy. You need a key to activate it (It's underwater somewhere, I can't remember) and hopefully you can find your way form there.

W-Summon, Quad Magic, AP, EXP Plus Materia can only be gotten at the Gold Saucer, in the Battle Arena. I think that going in there 8 times you fight a special battle, if you finish it, the lady at the desk will give you the W-summon materia, everything else can be received from the points exchange machine.

Ruby Weapon is hidden in the deserts of the Gold Saucer, only you see a red moving thing. Ultima Weapon is in the air.

Just navigate with the Highwind gotta keep him in sight, when he stops just bump into him and battle, when he finally lands around Gongaga/Cosmo Canyon battle him once more, he'll die and you get Ultima Weapon (Clouds Ultimate Weapon)

Take all 12 Stellazios to Stella
(The Bird lady in Treno)
She will ask you if there is a 13th Stellazio, say yes, she will give you the rest of the Stellazios to find the 13th one.

The 13th one is where you find Scorpio (In Quan's Dwelling) the 13th one is Opiuchus give this to Stella and you'll receive the Hammer.

Right, for Eiko.
Personally, I like her Summons.
But it's disappointing that she only has 4 (Carbuncle, Fenrir, Phoenix and Madeen)

Apart from Ruby Light (Carbuncle)
and Terrestrial Rage (Fenrir) There are other summoning Techniques that they can use. Depending on the Add-on equipped to Eiko.

CARBUNCLE

Equip:
Emerald- Will use "Emerald Light" Which will cast Haste on the whole party

Diamond- Will use "Dia Light" Casts Vanish on the whole party.

Moonstone- Uses "Pearl Light" casts Protect and Shell on all party members.

FENRIR

Equip:
Maiden's Prayer- Uses Millenial Decay I know this works, but I haven't tried it yet.

I'm supposing most of you have encountered the "Ragtime Mouse" (The weird dude with the Red Circle and the Blue Cross) He'll ask you questions about the History and Facts about events in the game.

He'll ask in no particular order questions. If you get it right, if not you lose the battle and you correct questions percentage will go down.

You can encounter this guy in any forest in the world.

All you do (My sure-fire encounter rate with this method is about 99.5%) When at a forest just tap the controls so you don't see the leaves rustle around Zidane. You should eventually see him. In all he'll ask 16 questions.

If you get them all right, the 16th time you encounter him and get the answer right, he'll faint and you'll get the Protect Ring, 23852 EXP. and 59630 Gil.

Last thing.
If you locate all the Spirits of Gaia (Friendly Monsters) Ozma, the strongest boss in the game will become easier to beat, also if you meet their demands you get tons of AP.

Nymph- North of Cleyra, Asks for 3 Ores, you get 30 AP and 2 Emeralds.

Mu- Forest near Dali, asks for 1 Ore, you get 10 AP.

Ghost- Forest Area near Treno, Asks for 1 Ore, you get 10 AP.

Ladybug- Forest around Black Mage Village, Asks for 2 Ores, you get 20AP and an Ether.

Yeti- Found near Madain Sari, requests 2 Ores, you get 20AP an Elixer and a Yeti Card.

Feather Circle- Outside Esto Gaza, wants a Moonstone, you get 30 AP and a Lapis Lazuli.

Garuda- Forest up from Gizamaluke's Grotto, asks for a Lapis Lazuli, you get 40 AP and a Diamond.

Jabberwock- Forest east of Oeilvert, asks for Emerald, you get 40 AP and a Moonstone.

Yan- (You must encounter him last) Found at Vile Island Forest, asks for a Diamond.

Your physical and magical attacks only do about 30 something damage to it, it flicks opens its pages and when it finds nothing which was every time except once.

It deals you some magic on the uglier side of nasty, the one time it opened to a page and it said "found something" a blue head appeared, like on the card, and i hit it for around 850hp, otherwise it it kills one of your blokes with doom, or basically all of them with some paper shot thing.

You can fight an infinite amount of easy battles with lots of ap and exp.

Simply walk over to the ladder on the far side of the screen and wait for the little alexandrian soldiers to come after you.

When you are done leveling up just crawl up the ladder and they will leave you alone.

Anyway if you are still stuck on that fight, use your strongest moves with all the charachters and use potions and phionix downs for the best effect.

Q4:you cannot get any type of aquatic vehicle like a sumbarine it's aload of
rubbish.

Q5:You can change your characters name
by obtaing A card known as 'Namingway'
when you get it take it to the card schollar in Daguero,show it to him he
will say "Oh you have the 'Namingway'
card show it to me and you can change
your characters names"

NOTE:you find it in Kujas room at the desert palace at the bottom left hand
corner.

Q6:People say you get a White chocobo
when you've got ALL chocographs you don't you get it when you've got 21/24
to be exact.

Q7:You'll realise that a little further
on in the game mognet will break down
and it is up to you to fix it so,you could start by delivering all the letters from chestnut(the moogle)when you've done this go to the 'mini-thearte' and talk to Ruby she will give
you a 'SUPERSLICK'.

Take this to MOGNET-CENTRAL(the big Island above blackmage village)you need a chocobo and a deadpepper to get in.

Once in, give it to the moogle around the machine you get a 'protect ring'for all that.

Q8:You cannot deliver any of the
MINI-MODELS you just collect them for the sake of it.

Q9:There is no extra ending apart from
the 5second footage view in the play
at the end.

(But if you still want to see it just collect the 'SAVE THE QUEEN'
and 'CINNAS HAMMER')

This ain`t really a cheat but, When u are in the Evil Forest there is a fountain near the big plant monster entrance, go near the dripping water and the ! sign will appear.

Press x and your HP and MP are topped. You can use this trick to grow levels and get billions of Gil( only if have a couple hours to spend).

By the when in Grotto get bells off soldiers and use them to open the doors. See ya !

Want to know Garnet's real name? Just follow these steps:
1: Go to the town where you first met Eiko. Walk to the kitchen. You will see Lani run away. Then leave the town.
2: Go back without Amarant or Garnet in your party. You can now talk to Lani. Talk to her twice. Then leave the town again.
3: Go back again without Amarant and Garnet in your party. Go to the Eidolon Wall and walk to the left until you hear a sound. When you hear that sound go walk to the right. Repeat this until you see a talkscreen that says that everything is healed. After that look at all the drawings on the wall. When you've looked at all the drawings go to the drawing off Ifrit and you will get Garnet's reall name

I heard somebody wanted to know what you do in some points in memoria where there is a ! above your head.

Well if you go to these points and press X you will look around but if you press square a phantom will challenge you to a card battle.

O.k, this is an excellent cheat but its really hard to do.

First of all you have to arrange your party to IKO, Quina, Zidane and Vivi.
Play the game untill Iko gets a move called Jewel.

Now go around fighting monsters, and doing Jewel. When you have 1000 jewels go to dagueroo and there should be this dragon statue.

Put all your jewels in and you sould get 10 aquamarines. Now go near the chocobo forest and kill three monsters, and each time vivi has to finish them off. Now call your chocobo then play chocobo hot and cold.

Get enough points for the robe of lords. Now go to the place where you van sell those things called libra etc.

Talk to the klady who buys them now talk to her slave and then she'll give you all items all weapons and all eidolon stones and she'll give you the best chocobo.

I'm sorry I couldn't give you this before but now I can answer your question about the Tartarian.

A good way to deplete his HP is to get the Dark Matter (bought at the Treno auction) and use it on him. Then just keep your characters in good health (try to attack, too) and wait for someone to get trance.

Use it on him when he is OPEN. This causes regular damage(he dosen't open only once, but many times). Keep doing this until he is dead. I think you get battle boots and I know you get good EXP and AP. Good luck!

I know that there are some really confusing cheats about Ozma on here, so I will make it clearer.

Ozma is an optional boss. He is the most powerful boss in the game, so you need to be well prepared.

Equip your people with the best shadow-absorbing/shadow-resistant armor you can get. Epuip as many abilities you can. Get as many battle attacks as you can learn.

I would suggest the party of Zidane, Garnet(Dagger), Vivi, and Steiner. Try to get counter magic for Vivi, it really helps. Be at least at level 75. When you are ready, save, get a gold chocobo (the flying kind) and go to Chocobo's Air Garden.

Here you will see the two islands. Go to the second one and go to the big brown rock-like looking thing that looks like it shouldn't be there and examine it.

Mene will say he has a bad feeling and senses a powerful monster in the eidolon cave (the rock).

You can ready your characters, quit,etc. Hit to continue option and you will go to battle with a big rainbow colored ball called Ozma.

Immediently attack with all you got. Try use Flare for Vivi, shock for steiner, attack regularly for Zidane, and have Dagger summon Bahamut. By this time Ozma will have attacked with something. If Dagger needs to heal people, let her heal. Keep your HP up!

This is a long battle (about 45 minutes at least). If you happen to have the Dark Matter, use it! Do any attacks that will cause a lot of damage.

Ozma uses a variety of attacks (magic only). These attacks include Curse, Flare, Doomsday, Holy (He might use only Level 7),Curaga, and Meteor.

After beating him you get extreamly good EXP and AP. You also get a Dark Matter, a Pumice (accesory needed to learn Ark), and the Ozma card.

Hades

He is really easy(to me) He attacks with his sword and uses curse. Use Holy on him a lot and he will die easy. You can get the Save the Queen, a pumice, ethers, Tin Armor, etc.

I also have a question: What do you REALLY do with the Save The Queen? Also, where are all the Stazzello located?

The trick to geting the chest behind that big lady in the Dali Farm is easy. after you have left Dali for the first time and you go to Terono for the card game.

Leave Terono and go to the gate to the left of it(faceing away from Terono).

Go to Dali and the lady should be out of the way.

P.S. you can go to VIVI's home and bring him so you dont have to fight by your self on your way there.

tick all the orders direct when it apears (don't make mistake's)
now you have 100% and you will get 10.000 gill, that's cool
when you fight Leo before that use only SFX
but for Zidane you have to do something else.
let him Atack-sfx-atack-sfx until they are defeated
let him first atack those Bizons( forgot there name's) and then Leo
USE NO POTIONS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You can defeat trance kuja realy easily
all you have to do is press triangle to go into the main menu and then hold down the L1 L2 R1 and R2 buttons.

You can now defeat him in 6 attacks as every attack will do 9999 damage and your HP will be 9999 for all charicters.

P.S trance kujas HP is 55535 and not 60000

Hi...I am on Disc 4 and had a few questions.

Where is the birds-eye lagoon chicograph (#10)? It is ment to be west of eunorus plains qus marsh but I cant find a qus marsh that is on eunorus plains so far I have found 4 qus marshes.

I can't get to the treasure box on the second level in the windmill in dali I think it has the aries stellazzio in it.

How do you get the mayors key to open the door in the wind mill as I have not talked to him.

First you have to get all the 12,and give them to queen Stella then she talks to you and give you all your Stellazio.

Then go to Quan´s dwelling and search where you found Scorpio.

Dead pepper:
Dead pepper is used to catch secret treasures with your chocobo.In quan's dwelling there is a place that has one secret treasure.

Excuse me Curbehan, but I think you're in the wrong gamecheats. In FF9 You can only catch one chocobo throughout the game.

You have to make this chocobo change by digging up all the treasures; sometimes a fog comes out of the chest and it will take you to the chocobodreamworld.

There the fat chocobo changes you so you can dig up treasures in other parts of the world. See?
