I found this brilliant matiria when I destroyed the weapon creatures for fun.

All you have to do is destroy all the weapon creatures and then go to the town (the first one you went to I can't remember the name).

In one of the houses on the left upstairs there is this man give him the items you received from defeating the weapon creatures, he will give you these 3 of these materia.

Each one has a brilliant effect e.g. the red one lets you summon any monster even if you never received there materia.

If you can train these up like I did equip them with an MP adsorb materia and you can use knights of the round matira every move, while keeping your MP the ultimate move.
