Unlock Hidden Options Menu:
At the 'Options' menu highlight the 'Training mode' selection and press L1 + L2 + R1 + R2. To activate the 'Stage Select' option press L1 + L2 + R1 + R2. Press Up or Down and press Triangle or X to select a new stage and then press 'Start' to continue the game at the selected stage.
Unlock 100 Lives:
Press Up, Up, Down, Left, Right, Down at the Title screen.
