During gameplay press the '~' (tilde) key to access the dropdown console then enter any of the following codes to unlock the corresponding effect.
Unlock Ghost Mode:

Unlock ALL Levels:
Open map00 (enter a number between 00 and 40)
Unlock Level Upgrade:
Upgrademe 1 (same works with 2, 3, 4 - do 'upgrademe 4' to max everything out)
Unlock Invulnerability:
Xgod
Able to Fly:
Fly
Win Current Level:
Icandoit
Return to Normal:
Walk
