Add '-dev' (without the quotes) to the end of the game shortcut so it looks like the example below and then start the game.

Press Ctrl + Shift + ~ (tilde) to bring up the console to enter the cheats for the effect you want in the game. To enable the cheat that only work for Skirmish mode make sure 'Allow Cheats' under 'Game Options' is set to 'Yes'.

Get Set Amount of Power:
Cheat_power(#)

Get Set amount of Requistion
Cheat_requisition(#)

Activate Instant Build Player + CPU:
Sd_instant_build = 1

Disable Instant Build:
Sd_instant_build = 0

Remove Fog:
Fog_toggle

Remove Fog of War
FOW_ReveallAll

Show Entire Map
Cheat_revealall

Show Taskbar
Taskbar_show

Hide Taskbar
Taskbar_hide

Suicide
Cheat_killself (Skirmish mode only)

During gameplay press the '~' (tilde) key to bring up the cheat console and enter these passwords without the quotes to activate the corresponding feature.

Remove Fog of War:
Type 'FOW_RevealAll

Remove Fog:
Type 'fog_toggle

Activate Instant Build (Player + CPU):
Type 'sd_instant_build = 1'.

Disable Instant Build:
Type 'sd_instant_build = 0'.


Skirmish Mode Options
At the Skirmish options make sure the 'Allow Cheats' is on 'Yes' then during game play press Ctrl + Shift + '~' (tilde) key followed by the following codes to unlock the effect you desire.

Get Power Units:
Type 'cheat_power(#)'.

Get Requisition Units:
Type 'cheat_requisition(#)

Hide Messages:
Type 'message_hide'.

Show Messages:
Type 'message_show'.

Hide Taskbar:
Type 'taskbar_hide'.
