Maplestory
Maplestory is a 2-D massively multiplayer online game created by Wizet and
NX games. It is a role playing game and is free to play. In maplestory, players
have the option to choose one of four classes to become, with the addition of
other classes once the second job advancement is made. this guide is all about
a hybrid class (combination of 2 classes) called a Banditsin.

Just a little note...
This is only a guide. you can choose to follow this guide or you can ignore it
completly. Im not telling you what to do, only giving advice (dont forget that)
Don't complain because I messed up your character because you had a choice to
follow or not follow this guide.

Banditsins
For those of you who dont know what a Banditsin is, a Banditsin is a character
who makes his first job advancement as a thief. The character then starts an
assassin skill build, with lucky 7 and keen eye. Then at the second job
advancement at level 30 the character makes his/her job advancement as a bandit
instead of sin. therefore, you end up with a character with BANDIT and assasSIN
moves, hence the name BANDITSIN.

-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-
Comparing Bandits
-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-

Pros
-levels faster than pure bandits at first job
-get the same power as bandits at second job
-lucky 7 has 150% damage which is stronger
-gets KSed less then pure bandits at first job.

Cons
-costs a lot of money if you are actually going to train fast
-misses out on double stab in the early levels
-no other weaknesses

-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-
Starting off...
-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-

Ok. When you first make your character, start by rolling your stats for a 4/4
for strength and intelligence, since you won't be needing those stats unless
you are a strentgth Banditsin. Since this guide is purely for luck Banditsins,
you won't really be needing any strength at all. Anyways, 5/4 or 5/5 are ok
if you are lazy, but keep in mind that you will be with this character for
some time, so might as well make it as good as you can. Once you have rolled
the stats and made a good name, create your character and start into the world
of mapling with your new Banditsin!

On Maple Island...
Fight here until you reach level 10. Do the quests there if you want, but I
kinda thought that they were a waste of time, so i didn't bother with them.
its up to you. Also, make sure you only fight at green snails or blue snails.
the red ones and the mushrooms are a waste of time as it will take you a long
time to defeat them. When you are level 10, go to southperry (if you don't
know where that is, check your map by pressing "W" on the keyboard). Go to
southperry keep on going left and talk to Shanks, to be taken to Lith Harbor

Stats
Everytime you level up, you receive 5 ability points, which you can put
into strength, dex, int, and luk. you can also put those points into mana
and health, but NEVER DO THAT!!! you will regret it. On Maple Island, pump
those ability points into dex untill your dex is 25. Then put every point you
have left into luk. Never put any points into strength and int becanse bandits
and sins calculate their strength based on luk. Having all those points into
strength of intelligence will not make you stronger of more intelligent. Only
add luk and dex. Luk is what gives all sins and bandits their damage, and dex
is for accuracy (so you can hit monsters without missing). At level 10, if you
rolled 4/4 statsafor strength and intelligence, your stats should be...

strength: 4
dex:25
intelligence:4
luk:37???

afterwards, your points will look somthing like this...
lvl 15---30 dex luk---everything else
lvl 20---40 dex luk---everything else
lvl 25---50 dex luk---everything else
lvl 30---60 dex luk---everything else

in short, dex is twice you level and luck is everything else until level 40
at level 40, there is a change.

after level 40, your dex only needs to be level +40 in order to wear your
equips. therefore,
level 50=90 dex luk---everything else
level 60=100 dex luk---everything else
level 70=110 dex luk---everything else

you can also check up the dex requirements of equips on www.hidden-street.net.

Becoming a rogue...
-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-

Once you are at Lith harbor, go right and find a taxi stall. Take the taxi to
Kerning City (for a price) and talk to Dark Lord at the fusion cafe below the
potion shop at Kerning City. You really cant miss it. after talking to Dark
Lord, he will make you a rogue. He will also give you your first set of skills,
and 1 skill point. Let's take a look at some of the skills...

Nimble body
Passive
Max level-20
Each point into this skill gives you 1 more accuracy and 1 more avoidability.
When it is maxed, thats 20 each, which is good. You should definelty get this
skill, because if will make a difference. Thieves with this are better than
thieves without (because they will get hit less, and will be able to hit
stronger monsters).

Level 1: Accuracy +1, avoidability +1
Level 11: Accuracy +11, avoidability +11
Level 20: Accuracy +20, avoidability +20

Keen eye
Passive
Max level-8
Pre-requisite: lvl3 nimble body
This is another skill that you need if you are going to be a Banditsin.
Basically, this skill adds range to your attack. you throw your stars farther
when you have this skill is maxed. This is only for sins, but since you are
going to use a claw and throwing stars, get it. it will raise your range by 200
when maxed.

Level 1: Range of attack for throwing weapon: +25
Level 8: Range of attack for throwing weapon: +200

Disorder
Supportive
Max level-20.
What this skill does is when you use it, it decreases the enemy attack and
defence. The enemy may also stop attacking you. its a fairly useful skill.

Level 1: MP -5; Enemy's weapon attack -1, weapon def. -1 for 7 seconds
Level 11: MP -7; Enemy's weapon attack -11, weapon def. -11 for 33 seconds
Level 20: MP -10; Enemy's weapon attack -20, weapon def. -20 for 60 seconds

Dark Sight
Supportive
Max level-20
Pre requisite:lvl3 Disorder
This skill will allow you to "hide" from weapon damage. When you cast this
skill, you go transparent, and monsters won't be able to do touch damage to you
. It's a useful skill for going afk for a while, but not so useful because it
ruins your speed and you can still get hit by magic attacks. Also, you can't
use pots while you have this on.

Level 1: MP -24; Disappear for 10 seconds, speed -30
Level 11: MP -14; Disappear for 110 seconds, speed -10
Level 20: MP -5; Disappear for 200 seconds, speed -1

Double Stab
Active
Max level-20
With a dagger, you attack an enemy twice. when it is level 20, it will do 130 %
damage. You won't be needing this skill so don't bother putting any points into
this.

Level 1: MP -6; Damage 65% x 2 Hits
Level 11: MP -9; Damage 98% x 2 Hits
Level 20: MP -14; Damage 130% x 2 Hits

Lucky 7
Active
Max level-20
With a claw equiped, throws two stars with 150% damage. Since you are going to
be a Banditsin, you will need this skill.

Level 1: MP -8; Damage 58% x 2 Hits
Level 11: MP -11; Damage 104% x 2 Hits
Level 20: MP -16; Damage 150% x 2 Hits

From level 10 to around 15, I strongly reccomend you getting exchange items and
using them. one exchange gives you 500 experience, so around 2000-3000 will be
enough to get you to level 15, where your Lucky 7 is almost maxed.

-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-
A bit about exchange quest
-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-

The exchange quest is in Orbis. Talk to Staff Seargeant Charlie to do the
exchange. You can buy the exchange items from other people, or you can just use
you other characters to help you get items. Solid horns are the exchange items
that drop from the weakest monsters, so if you can't kill grupins, or star
pixies, go to the jr. kitties. each exchange will also net you items, potions
and scrolls as well as experience. generally, the better the exchange item,
the better items you might get. for example, if you trade in 100 solid horns,
you will get 500 exp, and some pots, or nearest town scrolls, but if you trade
in werewolf toenails, you might have a chance to get icicles (throwing stars).
having around 2000~3000 exchange items will get you to level 15,where you will
be strong enough to start leveling by yourself.

Visit www.hidden-street.net for a list of all the exchange items

Equipment-level 10 to 30
-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-

lvl.10-you won't be needing this set of armor because you will be doing the
exchange quest. This will get you to around level 15, so you can just get those
cloths. Get a garnier, and some throwing stars. kumbis are good. you can also
go for more expensive stars like tobis and steely, or ilbis, but only if you
have the money.
lvl.15-get this set of armor, and the shoes. and the hat. That is all that you
need.
lvl.20-get a pao set. the sets that give luk are the best. Also get the hat,
the shoes. Stick with garnier for 5 more levels. Also, try to get an attack
work glove around now. Depending on how much money you have, get the best one
you can afford.
lvl.25-get the sneak set. Brown sneak and dark brown sneak pants both give luk.
Buy a +7 meba. Also get a brown bamboo hat, as it gives a whopping +3 luk.also,
do mystery of niora hospital quest and get an old raggedy cape. Also, if you
have enough money at this point, get a seclusion or jurgen wristguard.
lvl.30-you can get this set if you want. Personally, I think the stealer set
looks ugly, so I didnt get it. Its up to you. Get some snowshoes at this level,
speed or jump is good, as long as for jump it isnt with 100% scrolls. Stick
with your meba

Training spots
-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-

level 10-15 -----you will have exchange quests to level you
level 15-20 -----I went to pig beach at that level. Burned a lot of pots, but
you will level extremely fast there. You can also try fighting at the slime
tree (tree that grew), or orange mushrooms at the contruction site in kerning
city.
level 20-25 -----I would fight green mushrooms and some horned mushrooms (if
you are rich enough for an attack glove. You should be able to kill everything
in tree dungeon II, so go there. You can also train at green mushrooms and
slimes at the forest of wisdom. Or you can just keep training at pig beach.
level 25-30 -----By your level you should be strong enough to own at Kerning pq
(party quest). You can also try fighting at wild boars (with attack glove and
a warrior pill). If not, the tree dungeons with green and horny mushrooms are
fine. or you can venture to the ant tunnel and fight horned and zombie mushies.

-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-
Second job advancement
-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-

At level 30, go to Dark Lord in Kerning City and talk to him. He will tell you
that you have gotten much stronger. After talking, go to the top of
construction site north of Kerning city and talk to the Job Advancement
Instructor there. He will transport you to this place with mutated cold eyes
and blue mushrooms. These guys do more damage than normal, so bring pots with
you. You have to collect 30 dark marbles from these guys. This will usually
take around 5-15 minutes. Once you have the dark marbles, talk to the
instructor to leave the place. He will give you a proof of a hero, which you
take back to Dark Lord. He will then advance you and give you more hp and mp,
along with a new skill book and 1 skill point. Let's take a look at the skills.

Dagger Mastery
Max level~20
Passive
While you have a dagger/cutter equipped, it increases the mastery and accuracy.
When it is maxed, mastery is 60% and accuracy +20. This skill is a must-get. It
stabalises your damage and greatly increases the power for savage blow. Also,
the accuracy is nice, and you will hardly ever miss (unless you fight really
dumb things that you shouldn't be fighting yet (ahem ...barlog, werewolf etc.)

Level 1: Dagger mastery 15%, accuracy +1
Level 11: Dagger mastery 40%, accuracy +11
Level 20: Dagger mastery 60%, accuracy +20

Endure
Max level ~20
Passive
This skill allows you to heal hp and mp more quickly. You will be able to heal
even on a rope. This skill s very useful if you are going to go afk in el nath,
because you lose health every 10 seconds in el nath unless you eat a red bean
soup. Other than that, you don't need endure (you can just use a few pots).

Level 1: Additional recovery of HP +3, MP +1 every 29 seconds
Level 11: Additional recovery of HP +33, MP +11 every 19 seconds
Level 20: Additional recovery of HP +60, MP +20 every 10 seconds

Dagger Booster
Max level ~20
Supportive
Pre-requisite: lvl5 Dagger Mastery
This skill is infinitly useful. It uses some hp and mp to boost the speed of
your dagger. Once you have this skill, you will be always using it. Especially
if you have savage blow (because savage blow is rather slow without booster).

Level 1: HP -29, MP -29; Improves dagger speed for 10 seconds
Level 11: HP -19, MP -19; Improves dagger speed for 110 seconds
Level 20: HP -10, MP -10; Improves dagger speed for 200 seconds

Haste
Max level~20
Supportive
This skill is one of the reasons lots of people have sins and bandits. When it
is maxed, increases the speed and jump of everyone in the party (140 % speed
and 120% jump). Your party will get this skill too when you use it, and they
will love you for it. This skill will also help you reach monsters faster, and
you will feel like you walk slow if you don't have it on.

Level 1: MP -15; Speed +2, jump +1 for 10 seconds
Level 11: MP -30; Speed +22, jump +11 for 110 seconds
Level 20: MP -30; Speed +40, jump +20 for 200 seconds

Steal
Max level~30
Active
Pre-requisite l:lvl haste
When you use this skill, you make a kind of shadow that goes out to the enemy.
When maxed, you have a 40% chance to steal something froom the enemy.

Level 1: MP -12; 11% success rate to steal, apply 42% in damage
Level 11: MP -12; 21% success rate to steal, apply 62% in damage
Level 21: MP -24; 31% success rate to steal, apply 82% in damage
Level 30: MP -24; 40% success rate to steal, apply 100% in damage

Savage Blow
Max level ~30
Active
This skill is the main attack for a bandit. Its also the reason most people
make a bandit. Its flashy, its powerful, and its awesome all at once. It
attacks the enemy 6 times in a row with a dagger when maxed (80% damage with
each blow).

Level 1: MP -9; Attack 2x with 22% damage
Level 11: MP -18; Attack 4x with 42% damage
Level 21: MP -27; Attack 6x with 62% damage
Level 30: MP -27; Attack 6x with 80% damage

This build is great for a combination of attack, speed, and power. The first
point you put into dagger mastery gives you +15 % mastery, which is very good.
Then you start maxing savage blow because it is you main attacking skill. then
comes booster and haste. the reason you get double stab in this build and not
steal is that steal isnt really that useful, because when you fight something,
surely you are going to kill the monster, not just rob it. Double stab is much
more useful because if you use to kill a monster with 1 savage blow and 2
normal hits, you can substitute those normal hits with 1 double stab and speed
up your training. Endure is to help you survive in el nath, and also so you can
heal mana faster.

-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-
Equipment-level 30-70
-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-

lvl 30-you can get the stealer set if you want, or you can just stay with the
sneak set. It doesnt make that much of a difference, because the armour doesnt
add any extra luk points. Stay with your +7 meba. Also get some snowshoes. Try
to get the snowshoes scrolled for jump or speed. Stick with brown bamboo hat,
because it adds a lot of extra luk.
lvl 35-the knucklevesst set is a great addition to you wardrobe. More luk,
which is great, and it also looks pretty cool. Stick with you brown bamboo hat
. you can get a Korean fan at this level if you want, so you can savage blow
things for fun, but you dont need need it, so dont get it if you dont have much
money. Stick with snowshoes.
lvl 40-get the shadow set. Dark shadow if you want to look cooler, and marine
shadow if you are too lazy. It doesnt make too much different, as dark and
marine shadow set both give luk. buy a red or dark pilfer. Stick with
snowshoes. You can also get some blue moons (I think you can get em from quest)
you can also get an avarice at this level. +7. Shouldn't cost you too much.
400k? maybe?
lvl 43-get a maple wagner at this level. At least 68 attack. this might put a
hole in your wallet, but you need it until level 60, so get it. Also, if you
have any money left over, get an Icarus cape and scroll it for luk. If you
didnt buy a jurgen or seclusion wristguard yet, buy it now (and use it).
lvl 50-get the china set. It looks great. you can skip the hat if you want, as
I think it looks ugly. If you do skip, make sure you have a 3 luk pilfer
. Stay with the luk icarus cape, and the snowshoes. Don't buy shinkita, because
it doesn't work with booster.
lvl 60-get a geta. 86 attack at least. This will empty your bank, but it'll be
worth it. Also get a dark or silver identity. Sell your icarus cape and get a
magic cape. buy luk scrolls and scroll it. Do pia's level 55 quest and get a
scorpio set. Stick with snowshoes.
lvl 70-Stick with snowshoes. Stay with your identity if you want, or get a
nightfox. Get the stud set. sell your geta and get a 90+ attack kandine.

-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-
training spots (this is if you followed the guide and made all the purchases)
-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-

level 30-35 -----stay at wild boars, as they have pretty good spawn and decent
experience.
level 35-40 -----Continue training at wild boars. If you get really bored of
them, fight at brown teddies or fire boars (two hit kill).
level 40-45 -----from level 40 to 43 is where the training gets quite slow, as
you need a lot experience, but aren't using a dagger yet (unless you got a k-
fan). Fight at evil eyes from 40-43. At level 43, you're going to get your
maple wagner, and now you should be strong enough to kill curse eyes (hopefully
in 1 hit), so fight there.
level 45~50 -----PQ,PQ,PQ. (ludi). Also, continue fighting at curse eyes. or
you can try out zombie lupins.
level 50~55 -----by now you might be able to 2 hit kill the copper drakes near
perion, so you can go there. Or you can try platoon chronos. or you can just
stay at zombie lupins
level 55~60 -----block golems? And you can also go to drakes (might be a little
hard though).
level 60~65 -----Fight at pixies (lunar and luster)
level 60~65 -----no clue. you should be pretty strong with your geta by now.
Fight maybe at the zombies in el nath. or maybe pangs or jr. yetis.
level 65~70 -----wild cargos, and drakes. Jr. yetis. Also, zombies are good.

That covers everything up to level 70 (third job advancement)

-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-
third job advancement
-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-

once you reach level 70, go to el nath and talk to arec. after talking, go to
victoria island and talk to dark lord. you must then find the door of dimension
(in monkey swamp II). go inside, and go to the next portal. then drop down to
fight the evil dark lord. he drops a black charm, which you give to dark lord
for a necklace of strength. then go to el nath and talk to arec. then go to
Hidden Street: Holy Ground at the Snowfield. give one refined dark crystal to
answer 5 questions and recieve the necklace of wisdom. return to arec and talk
to get you third job!!!

Shield mastery
max level-20
passive
this skill basically boosts the defence of the shield. obviously it only works
if you have the shield equipped.

lvl 80- get a 100+attack dragon tail. you will need like 55-60 million mesos,
but it is worth it in the end. also, get a dark pirate set. one that is above
average in luk. also get a 4 luk dark pirate hat. get a seraph cape and scroll
it for luk. 1 10% and 4 60%. 11 luk.

thats it for equipment, because i don't think higher level equips are out yet.

as for this... i really have no clue. you can try fighting in forggoten time

ludi party leveling. its a great way of leveling and money (i think). as you
get into higher levels, you will have a better grasp of your character than me,
so you should choose places to fight.

UNFUNDED SECTION
I highly reccomend having funding for a banditsin, but if you are not funded,
here is a little section to help you a bit.
===============================================================================

-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-
Becoming a rogue...

Equipments-level 10 to 30
-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-
level 10- buy a garnier and subis. On maple island, you should have found a
blue one lined shirt. Wear that with the pants you can get when you are level
10 in the thief clothes shop. If you didn't find the shirt, just use the nooby
shirt you start off with. Also use the headband that you got from the quest on
maple island. Don't bother with the shoes for now.
level 15- you can skip the clothes if you want. Don't buy the claw for this
lvl.
level 20- by now, you should have some more money, so buy the pao set if you
want. Stick with garnier. Get the level 20 if shoes now if you want.
level 25- buy the level 25 cloths, and wear them along along with the brown
bamboo hat you can get from maya and the wierd medicine quest. Also, at this
level, you must get a +7 meba. It costs around 300k, and you might have that
much from selling scrolls from kerning pq (if you decide to do that).once again
, claw comes first. Only get the clothes if you have enough money after the
claw.
level 30- skip the cloths. It looks ugly. You might have enough money for a few
sets of kumbi they are around 100k each (money from selling scrolls you get
from kerning city PQ).

You can also LEAD a kerning pq at level 21 (no one will invite ou if you are
level 21). These PQs are great for getting you scrolls and equips that you need
. Or you can try fighting the green mushies at forest of wisdom.
level 25-30 -----PQPQPQPQPQPQPQPQPQQPQPQPQPQ. Get as rich as you can by selling

This skill is the main attack for a bandit. Its also the reason most people
make a bandit. Its flashy, its powerful, and its awesome all at once. It
attacks the enemy 6 times in a row with a dagger when maxed (80% damage with
each blow).

Level 1: MP -9; Attack 2x with 22% damage
Level 11: MP -18; Attack 4x with 42% damage

money.

level 30- skip the clothes because they're ugly. Just stick with the level 25
clothes. keep wearing the bamboo hat and +7 meba. Get your level 30 shoes from
Nella and the citizen's request (2).
level 35- get the green knucklevest and blue knucklevest pants if you have
enough money. You can try to find it by fighting wild boars. If you don't
have enough money and dont find it, it's alright to skip. Also, make sure you
have a 60+ attack korean fan. You will be using this to level 60, so buy it
first before everything else. If you did Kerning PQ enough times, you should
have enough for the fan.
level 40- get marine shadow set as dark might be a bit too expensive at this
moment. Also if you haven't bought a korean fan, do so. If you are a bit richer
, go for a scrolled bazlud or wagner and sell your fan. Try to get the daggers
at +6 or more (with 60%). Also get a pilfer. Dark and red both give luk.
level 50- by now you will be pretty much equal in terms of money to funded
bandits. Get a red or brown china set. Also get a sonata if you want stats. If
not, just stick with your dark pilfer. Also buy snowshoes. hopefully you can
get some snowshoes for jump. If not, speed is ok.
level 60- get a dark identity. Also get a 84+ attack geta. Those should be your
main spendings. don't worry about the earrings and other things until you can
afford a geta andd ID. You can stick with your china set if you dont want the
scorpio. If you do want scorpio set, do pia's level 55 quest. Hopefully, you
will have enough money now so you can afford a attack glove, so get one.
level 70- you can stick with dark identity, as nightfox looks very ugly. Get a
kandine. Also get the stud set if you can afford it. Snowshoes are fine still
if you have them for jump because it also gives dex also. If you have them for
speed, upgrade to jump. If you have enough money, get an attack gold rover. 10
attack and 4 luk is great.

what you do at this point is really up to you. you can chose to max chakra
first and then shield mastery, or get shield mastery. or you can choose to max
skills from your previous skill books. like i said, its up to you.

equipments 70+
-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-

lvl 70- Get a kandine. get a stud set. stick with 4 or 5 luk dark identity. get
8-9 dex snowshoes. upgrade to attack gold rover. 10 attack at least. get a
wristguard if you havent already

lvl 80- get a 100+attack dragon tail. you will need like 55-60 million mesos,
but it is worth it in the end. also, get a dark pirate set. one that is above
average in luk. also get a 4 luk dark pirate hat. get a seraph cape and scroll
it for luk. 1 10% and 4 60%. 11 luk.

thats it for equipment, because i don't think higher level equips are out yet.

training spots
-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-

as for this... i really have no clue. you can try fighting in forggoten time
and other places like that deep down in ludi. as you get into your 80's try
ludi party leveling. its a great way of leveling and money (i think). as you
get into higher levels, you will have a better grasp of your character than me,
so you should choose places to fight.

shinkita, or maple wagner, or gephart/fan?
-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-

Some of you may have noticed that in this guide, I don't get you to get a
shinkita. you can still get it, because it is your character, but the reason
why I, and a lot of other people skip the shinkita, is that it doesnt work well
with booster (which boosts the speed of daggers). your attacks still speed up,
but theyre barely noticable. yes, it does give more attack, and it will make
you stronger, but you will be slower. its up to you really which one you want,
more attack speed or more attack power. if you don't want a shinkita, you can
get the level 43 maple wagner. less power, but more speed.

Shinkita
-more power with savage blow
-might have more knockback
-slower, which is the opposite of what thiefs are all about

maple wagner
-less power
-less chance of knockback
-faster attack speed

Geph/fan
-even less power than the maple wagner
-faster attack speed
-less chance of knockback.

They all have their pros and cons, so its up to you what you want, to do more
damage, or to stab faster.

Tips on moneymaking
-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-

for those of you people out there who read this guide and wondered how a person
could get 20 mil to use for their characters, this little bit will help you (so
that one day, you will have that much money)

1. pick up EVERYTHING you find. this includes all potions, etc, and equipment
drops. this might slow down your level, but pick up anyways.

2. do quests. especially the ones that give scrolls and pots. the scrolls you
can sell and make a profit. the quests for pots you can do to save money that
you would have spent for pots. quests for equips are also nice, and they can
save the money you would spend for equips if you didn't.

3. buy things and sell them for a higher price. this is a great way of making
money

4. sell fame every day. 5k extra a day is nice.

5. research the price on everything you are going to sell, so you don't get
ripped off. you can go to www.basilmarket.com to check the prices.

if you follow these tips for moneymaking, you should be rolling in money in no
time.
