Larry 5 is a game that always gave me doubts. Larry 5 is the only adventure
game I ever played without actually solving even ONE of the puzzles.Basically
everything is optional except the introduction and the ending part.
The story line is pretty dull and contains too much text. But still we can
(thankfully) put that apart and enjoy the humor that is still there.
The objective is easy. Larry is (without realizing it) charged with seducing
women. His boss wants a girl who would be so sexy that she would be willing to
have sex with even the biggest dork on earth, and if you want a dork who is
better suited for the task than Larry.
Meanwhile Patti has to go undercover to catch a guy known as Mr. Big.
I deem it very well possible I missed a lot of the fun myself and as said, if
you only seek a quick way to get this finished you can basically skip the whole
game except for Larry's starting chapter, Patti's starting chapter and the
ending of the game. If you want all the humor, then stay tuned.
I must say you can make mistakes that can get you screwed completely, but that
basically only goes for that chapter where you're in. When you screwed it
completely you can easily go for the next chapter

So you play half the game with Larry and half the game with Patti. Both have
first a starting chapter to complete. After that the game is completely random
in which order you complete the chapters. It always goes in
Larry-Patti-Larry-Patti-form. Therefore I'll take both characters apart in
stead of a walkthrough in order of playing form. (after all you only should
use this file if you are stuck in stead of playing the entire game reading this
FAQ).

The game starts with Larry, as soon as his intro part is done Patti's intro
part will start before the game goes completely random.
Larry's task is to find three women who are candidates in an audition to host
the show "America's sexiest home video's".
The boss wants a hostess so oversexed and she'd go for any man no matter how
lame. Since Larry has the reputation as the biggest dork on earth, he has to
take the auditions of the girls who should not be knowing they are being
auditioned.
The three girls all live in a different part of the US. So after leaving the
office every chapter for Larry starts and end at the airport.
It's for that reason why I placed the name of the girl, the location in the US
and the exact spot where you can find her in the FAQ index.

Well, after seeing a long and boring introduction part the game starts while
your boss yells for Coffee.
- Pick up the can of coffee and enter your boss' office
Now you'll get some more story line in which your boss sends you on a mission
to find a girl who'd go for any dork. After your boss has sent you out, you
can truly start on the game.
- Exit west (not the door, the room in the back)
- = Get the video tapes from the table on the front right table
= Now use the tiny machine in the back to erase them all (yeah you must use
all three tapes one by one on that thing)
= Clean your hands with the disinfector in the back
= Open the left of the three drawers to get your battery recharger
= You can use the radio to change the music tune for this room (for extra
points)
= Leave this room
- Go through the door north
- = Open the top drawer on the file closet on the right most front
= Remove three files from them
= Take the AeroDork flying pass from the desk in the front
= Open all three files to find the names of the girls you got to audition
and each file contains an item related to the girl.
= Leave this room
- You can already charge up your camera, but you can also do that later.
You should now have the camera, the recharger, three erased tapes, the
AeroDork pass, the files of the girls (and the items they contain). If you
got all that you can get out of the building.
- Enter the limo
- The driver will automatically bring you to the airport. As soon as you get
there, leave the Limo (which should happen automatically).
Well, basically all the things you do at the airport at the end of each of
Larry's chapters, is basically the same. So this is the only time I will fully
write it out.
- = Go to the terminal outside of the airport
= Put the AeroDork pass into the pass slot
= Click on the next destination (Only the places where there's a girl you
didn't go for yet, will be on the screen, once you did them all the
name of the location to get back to the studio will be there).
= After that you'll get the copy protection. Unless you are naughty and got
a hacked version you should use the code table that came with the game
when you bought it.
= Get your flight ticket
= Get your AeroDork pass
= Enter the airport main hall
- Show your AeroDork pass to the security camera to enter the next room
- = Wait until you get a message you can board the plane
= Now put your ticket into the ticket machine and you'll automatically
enter the plane ending the chapter
Now continue with the parts about Passionate Patti (use the index)

Well, you'll start at the boarding room of the airport
- Exit South
- = Take some coins out of the charity can
= Exit west
- = Put an empty tape into your mini-cam (remove the old one first if you did
another girl before).
= If you haven't done it already charge your cam with the recharger and the
plug hole here.
(It can take awhile to charge it all up)
= Examine all advertisement until you find a limo service (552-4668)
= Now you can exit east
- Exit east
- = Use the phones (only one will work and use the coin to call a limo service
(Number should be 552-4668)
= Exit west
- = Exit south
- Enter the limo
- = Show the hard disk cafe tower to the driver
= Take the book in the corner of the limo while you drive
= You'll automatically leave the limo once you've arrived
- Enter the cafe
- = Keep talking the the maitre d' (even though he always says "no". He will
accept in the end when you whine long enough).
= Get the ticket from the computer
= Use it on the computer to get in
- = Sit on the free table
= Michelle will pass by, but ignore you (for now)
= Stand up and exit south
- = You can talk to the maitre d' again, but this time he won't help you any
more
= Examine the book you found in the limo to get some cash and a credit card
= Give the credit card to the maitre d'
= Get the new ticket he gets ya
= Use it on the computer
- = Turn on your cam
= Use the ticket on the next computer
- Just keep talking to Michelle and you'll get something from her you might
enjoy ;)
- In the end you'll be back in the lobby
= The phone is now free to use. Use it to call for a limo (552-4668)
= Exit south
- Now you'll be back at the airport. Just go to a new location as you did before
and you'll end this chapter.

Well you'll be at the airport again.
- Exit south
- Exit west
- = If you did one of the girls before, remove the tape out of the cam
= Put a blank tape into the cam
= Use the regarger on the plug holder.
= Put the cam into it and wait till it's fully charged
= Pick up the cam
= Search the slot machines to find yourself a coin
= Exit east
- = Look a the commercial billboards until you found the phone number of the
local limo service
= exit east
- = Use the phone and dial 553-4468
= Exit west
- Exit south
- Enter the limo
- Show the matchbox to the driver and you'll end up at the casino
- First of all. You'll be needing a lot of cash here. You'll need to gamble to
get it. But of course, first you need starting money. You get get it by
talking to the girl and guess the number she's thinking off. Any number you
type will be counted as correct (but only when you don't have any money, if
you have it will always be wrong).
Now enter the casino
- Use any poker machine to start playing
- Well, the basic idea is to win money based on poker combinations. The
higher the combo, the more you win. Just save before starting to play.
When you win, save the game, when you lose, load the game and try again.
Keep trying this until you got say $3,000. Easy to get this way, trust me.
After that just go outside
- The next part can easily go wrong making you mess this part up, so this is
a good moment to save the game. Once you did that exit east onto the pier
- This pier will be the place to meet Lana, but you won't meet her by just
walking over that pier and the pier leads into infinity so it makes no sense
to walk over that entire pier. Just keep going east until you find a roller
skate rental. Once you found it, enter it.
- = Rent some skates
= Use the money you won at the casino to pay for the skates
= Go outside
- Use the first bench you can find to put on your skates. Now skate over the
pier until you find Lana. When she doesn't show up after a short while,
just load the savegame I recommended at the start of the pier and try it
again.
If you saw her but "missed" her... Don't even think of following her. She'll
keep ignoring you (bug?) and it'll take forever. Just reload the game and try
again when that happens.
= Get close to her and speak to her
= Keep talking to her until she invites you into a mudwrestling. Accept the
invitation.
= Go back to the casino now. (you will have to remove your skates in order to
leave the pier).
- Go to the back
- = Talk to the bouncer
= Give him money and say "Lemme at 'em".
= Turn the cam on now
= Have a seat and once Lana comes join her into the ring.
= You'll see various body parts of Lana flash through the screen try to
click as many of them as you can.
- After the show you'll be in front of the casino again.
- Talk to the guy at the entrance and accept his offer to call for a limo
- Well go back to the airport and do the famous sequence again to end this
chapter.

= Recharge your cam (recarger plugged and cam put in and wait till it's

- = Look the boards for the limo service
= Use the phone dial 554-8544 for a limo
= Leave the airport and enter the limo
- Show Doc Pulliam's card to the driver
- Enter the building
- = DON'T talk the receptionist. Use the phone in stead
= Dial 554-3627
= NOW talk to the receptionist to enter
- Well, Chi Chi will take care of you herself... (lucky you)
= Look at Chi Chi
= Try to talk to her until you got her turned on (Don't forget to turn on the
cam first)
Well, poor Larry, to be dragged into this. Anyway after all of this you'll
be outside Doc Pulliam's.
- Enter Doc Pulliam's
- = Call for a Limo
= Use the Limo to go back to the airport
Well, you know the deal with Airpoints right now I suppose. Go to the next
location to end this chapter.

Well, when you did all girls with Larry and when you infiltrated both Biaz
studios and K-Rap with Patti, you'll get yourself into a crashing Airplane.
You will be brought to the cockpit in order to land the plane. Basically just
click away random until you got the plane under control.

Passionate Patti has a few undercover tasks to fulfill. Her part in this story
begins when she gets fired from a club because she's too sexy making the
customers watch her too much and drink too little. After that she'll be
attracted by the police for some undercover work.
She has to infiltrate a few areas she has to get by limo and after the first
chapter all her chapters start and end there. Once both Larry's and Patti's
parts have been done, a final sub-chapter is for Patti.
Let's get this show on the road.

Well, after the whole introduction story, you'll start at the police station.
First of all you get a demonstration of the James Bond-like gadgets you will
get on your quest. The demonstration turns out into a big disaster, but you
should remember how they work as you will need some of these gadgets in your
quest.
- = So start examining all researches in this lab and Twit will give an
explanation (followed by a disaster).
(You should take most notice of the gun bra).
= Exit east
- = Well, remember the 556-2779 phone number. You'll need it later in the game.
= You can look at the researcher (for another disaster)
= When you are ready exit through the east door
- Okay, this is just a silly show about a transmitter being brought in your
body on a rather.... well.... yeah, you know the place.
After that you'll be back in the labority again.
- Take up the three items on the table (you may first see two, but there's
actually three. You'll notice when you pick it all up).
Then exit west
- = Pick up the gun bra
= WEAR THE GUN BRA (Do this as early as possible in order not to forget it)
= Exit through the north door
- Quick inventory checkup before you enter the limo
You should now have, a gun bra (you must have put it on too). A DataMan
(Some kind of a reader) and two DataPacks (Cartridges)
If you have all that, enter the limo
- = Put in the datapack of the first place you want to visit
= Show the dataman to the driver to end this chapter.
You'll now be back with Larry at the location you chose with him before.

- Enter the studio
- = Look at the board
= Click with the eye icon on "des Rever Records" making Patti memorize the
room number
= Now wake the sleeping guard
= Talk to him again to make him open the elevator
- Just click on the door in the back to enter the recording area
- = Click on the synthesizer
= You can mess up twice the third time the computer will automatically play
it right for you.
= After take #3 he'll invite you into the room
= Now just keep talking to him and you'll eventually "talk" the evidence you
need out of him.
- You'll automatically end up in the limo. When you did the K-Rap part you'll
automatically order the driver to go home. If not remove the Biaz pack from
the dataman, put the K-Rap pack into it and show it to the driver to end this
chapter.
(This is really by far the easiest chapter in the game).

This is maybe the only part that could offer a challenge adventure-wise.
(Though you shouldn't expect too much)
- Enter the building
- = Look at your DataMan (with the K-Rap cartridge in it) to get the access code
= Use that acces code (in my game that was 45954) on the lock beside the door
= Open the door
- = Examine the desk
= Get the letter opener
= Use the letter opener to open the drawers in the desk
= Look at the drawer twice to get an access code and a file
= Use the photocopier to copy the file (it will turn into a disaster)
= Return the original file back to the drawer
= Put the letter opener back onto the desk
= Exit through the west door
- Use the shower (Uh oh)
- Well, you are all naked without your inventory, but luckily you don't need
that stuff for the time being
= Get the clothes just outside the shower cabin
= Exit east
- = Enter the acces code you saw on the file to open the door next to the mike
stand
= Enter the control room
- = Get a tape from the back shelves
= Mount the tape on the recorder on the left
= Use the controls until you hear what happens in PC Hammer's room
= Click on the tape recorder to record the conversation
PC Hammer will get mad though, and lock you in the room
= Click three times on the tape to stop recording, rewind the tape and to
remove it from the recorder
= Set the controls. (Patti should set it on her own mike and on max volume)
= Use the talk icon on the mike to start shouting (breaking the glass in the
process).
That ends this chapter. Use the dataman to go to Reverse Biaz if you haven't
been there yet, if you have been there yet, you'll automatically order the
driver to go home.

Well, at this party Mr. Bigg will talk to you the whole time. Once it's
revealed he's the man you're after he'll draw his gun. Now fire your gun bra
and you win this game.
(If the gun bra doesn't work, then you forgot to WEAR it first and then you're
basically stuck here. Bad luck).
