1. Go into CAS

2. Change the Supernatural type to 'Vampire'

1. Find a vampire

2. Be friendly until you get the option 'Ask to Turn'

Over a couple of days, you will get notifications saying how they feel, and on the day they turn, I'm not going to spoil it for you.
