Unlock Invincibility and Level Select

At the 'Load Game' screen press Left, Right, L, R, Up, Up, Down, Select. If the code has been entered correctly you will hear a viking burp as confirmation and you will now not take damage from regular enemy attacks and falls (you can still be killed by spikes and objects). Also, on the 6th save slot you will be able to press right and left to select a stage.
