Turn off Crashes

1: Load Test Drive 4

2: In the home screen select Options then Load/Save Game

3: In the Save Game screen, go to slot 10 and type AARDVARK

4: Press Escape to Return to the home Screen

5: Start your game

You should be able to drive through all other cars, even the traffic.
