Unlock Karai (replaces Michaelangelo):

Beat Karai in Foot Fight Tournament within 150 seconds.

Unlock Slashuur (replaces Leonardo):

Beat the battle Nexus Tournament.

Unlock Casey Jones (replaces Raphael):

Beat Open Brawl Tournament.

Unlock Splinter (replaces Donatello):

Clear level 11-7.
