Cheat Mode

The following procedure involves editing a game file so it is advised that you create a backup copy of the file before proceeding. Using a text editor program edit the 'game.pref' file in the current user's directory (in Windows XP it is 'Local SettingsApplication DataGas Powered GamesSupremeCommander'. Add the following string(s) above the string profile = {

Debug = {
Enable_debug_facilities = true}

Save the file and start the game. Then create a new character profile and begin a new mission. Doing this will not cascade to old or existing saves before the change. The following codes can be toggled during gameplay and the opposing A.I. Will also be affected by the cheats.

Units Invulnerable to Weapon Fire:
Press Alt + N

Set Mass, Energy, Storage to 10,000:
Press Ctrl + Alt + B

Teleport selected unit:
Press Alt + T

Selected unit is Destroyed:
Press Ctrl + K

Spawn unit:
Press Alt + F2

Rename selected unit:
Press Ctrl + N

Copy selected unit or structure:
Press Ctrl + Shift + C

Paste copied entity:
Press Ctrl + Shift + V

Change to Enemy perspective:
Press Alt + Left mouse button
