How to make oxes work faster

Hi when you make a stone quarry and put some oxes around it.It is so slow process but if you want to make it fastess then you should just do what I say. Make a stone quarry and wait for workers to go to run this building and when the workers start then make a wall around these stone quarry and make oxes in your castle like this picture link http://prntscr.com/33mblb

And you will see that oxes work without going to stones quarry the stone comes on them automatically.
