Start a new game. When you reach Geonosis go and destroy all the droids to help the clones. Then, when their all gone go up to one and switch to pistol. Then press the E button. It will knock the troopers out. Or if you want to kill the trooper, press E while you have your DC-15 blaster out. You punch the trooper and a blade comes out of your armor. This works with enemies too, but it kills them.
