I have only tried this cheat on the Clone Campaigns version. No clue if it works on the regular version. Anyways...

Make a username named Bob. Go into a standard game and change your player to Trade Federation. Make sure the max population is at 250. When you start the battle, your population interface should say "4/250" or whatever you start with. There ya go.
