Note that people will not move into buildings that are at least 3 tiles from transportation- bus depot, road, etc. don't build airports near any arcologies or hills. to make a helicopter crash click on the centering tool then click on the helicopter. This may not work straight away but will sooner or later

(1)when you put a airport in you should not put solar powerplants near it to power it up.

(2) when you make a city on a island, you should put gas power plant in.

(3)if you want your houses to develop so fast you should put 2 solar power
<BR>
plantsin and 10 water pumps around it.
<BR>
put light industrial's in near them to
<BR>
NOTE: with houses put light residental.
<BR>
