Unlock Mayhem:

Unlock Supervisor:

Unlock Vitriol:

Unlock Anil 8:
Up, Right, Down, Right, Right, Up, Left, Up.
Unlock Assault:
Right, Up, Up, Right, Down, Right, Up, Up.
